Part A
Since morning as the day started, more so towards mid-day, I have been falling into deep meditative state. Being MahaShivratri, I offered my flowers of devotion. I spoke to God incarnate inside several times because the flurry of activities did not seem to wane. No matter what I did, mundane or very important, I was alive on a very high realm and my state of mind had impeccable peace. I had decided to meditate in silence but the rush of outside activities did not allow me to do so. Nonetheless, I persisted without upsetting myself. As I was cleaning my temple, I got to understand the philosophy of ‘meditating in activity’. I remembered this line which I had read more than fifteen years ago said by Shri Aurobindo and later repeated by other enlightened yogis-meditation in activity.
In the past years, I have been perplexed thinking how was that possible? I have pondered over these statements given by those Souls who live on very high planes of existence where there are a few souls only; a divine kingdom which is very calm and peaceful and the endless peace does not elude them anyhow. Today morning, I was pleased to become aware of this spectacle once again. It also gave me the confidence that if I could not meditate in the morning on this special day, God knows. He is with me and showing me Light by giving me higher wisdom by teaching me Higher Precepts.
If He has given me a lot of service towards his children, He is also telling me how to be in connection with Him in spite of excessive physical and mental activities. All He expects me to do is to attend to the requests of his children and guide them properly so that they do not drift away into the delusive Maya or confusion of the blinding, alluring world another time.
I questioned myself. What if I am thoroughly busy with the compulsion of my duties and side by side I also stay in constant contact with God inside? I decided to create more and more saatvik karmas thus providing me more inner peace and unceasing God contact. I decided to worship Lord Shiva by doing service to those who need me in their times of clearing of their past difficult karmas so that one day they could be free from the dross and burden of their past connection. They will become lighter and at liberty and their lives will be happier and more peaceful most of the time. This was my wish and prayer to Lord Shiva since morning. I have recited Trayambakam Yajamahe sugandhim pushti vardhanam…..many times in the Shiva temples on my pilgrimage. On one such pilgrimage, I mentally offered all my jaap and prayers for those who need them.
Being totally selfless gives me grave peace.
It gives me a state of mind by which I am able to deliver my duties towards my Gurus and God and also do further tapasya which consequently gives me the Ultimate Peace. This Ultimate Peace is exceedingly rejuvenating and instantly connects me to God by virtue of it.
Enlightening wisdom received during my twilight meditation now
Ultimate Peace is obtained when we are absolutely selfless. Grave Peace is achieved by those yogis who are willing to work industriously for themselves as well as for those who seek their help for higher spiritual growth and welfare.
Part B
From ‘In search of Ultimate Peace-I’
Now regarding that unique sound- my mind shifted to my right ear where the sharp sound was lingering which was similar to Om but it was not what I had heard ever before. I was slightly puzzled and very desperately curious to know after all what that was and why it had appeared in the first place. Was this sound an indicator and a tip off that the mind of Shri Mahavatar Babaji was about to relay something to me or was it an auspicious sign of something else?
After a few seconds of wonderment, I got to experience another moment of stupefaction when I began to hear this sacred information from Him,
“The unique sound that you just heard is a sound which is higher than the wavelength of Om. It will give you profound and very deep peace. The uninterrupted peace will last for three continuous days.”………
I heard this divine sound again on 24th of Feb’14, just three days back when I was sitting quietly after I finished my work at home.
Conclusion
Very potent things are small and subtle. The more powerful it is, the more micro in size. I wish to make this post small because the power and energy of God is very active today and those of us who have faith in their Gurus and God equally, will surely see a huge transformation in their innate characteristics. They will without doubt transcend their limitations, will go to higher levels of consciousness.
With these intentions and request to God and Lord Shiva, the Adi Guru and remover of all weaknesses and sins and giver of Immortality and Divinity, I close down this post with my humble offering to His Holiness Shri Mahavatar Babaji on this sacred day.

Ma, as you said this is a small post but powerful too, Thank you for telling about ” Meditating in activity”. & Read this line many times as i got hold on to it “Yet, I would not change my mind because it is giving me a very high purpose of existence.”
“They will without doubt transcend their limitations, will go to superior levels of consciousness and will definitely improve their inner conscience. Those in search of the ultimate peace should get it.”
Thank you God, Babaji, all the divine masters and mom for this online blog which guides, uplifts and heals all those who read it . As you mentioned to us in one of your conversations mom, we are all just plain lucky to be at the right place at the right time. <3
