The first human being to receive Pranayam directly from Parmatma 1,07,00,000 years ago in Vrindavan; he was the first person to have done Pranayam before anyone else!

“I was born as Shankar Prasad on the bank of river Ganga 34,974 years ago in Haridwar in a hermitage and Gurukul of my Guru-Pitaji. My Pitaji’s name was Rishi Atharva.

About Rishi Atharva: He was also Markandey Maharishi a long time ago who gave the world Mahamrityunjaya Mantra. He reincarnated in Haridwar as our Pitaji and a tapasvi. He is the author of Atharva Veda.

My Pitaji was born as a noble kulin Brahmin and was very wise, poised and peaceful by nature. He had never uttered a lie or falsehood even once in his life. He was an idol of love and peace. Our house and lives were very basic and humble. We all led a very simple, regimented life owing to Rishi Atharva’s very disciplined and dedicated life. He would never leave his daily habit and practice of meditation, silence and making notes on palm leaves of his learnings received from his dhyana and chintan contemplation.

I was the third child among four brothers. I was the only one who could dive into the swift flowing river and learned to swim on my own. We called our mother and father – Mataji and Pitaji, respectively. We were taught discipline and were mentored from the very formative years as Pitaji was very strict although he never punished us.

My Mataji’s name was Ganga Devi since her hut was on the banks of Ganga. She was the third child of her mother. She was a lady of gentle and generous nature. She was born on 9th and the last day of Navratri, so she was a great devotee of Shakti or Maa Durga. She had installed many yantras of Shakti in her altar. She would observe fast and serve cows, invite and host Brahmins. She would follow all the instructions of my Pitaji. She would always teach us good lessons and ensured that we also followed our Pitaji’s instructions faithfully.

We ourselves have to go through the results of our actions, thus, never do anything that requires atonement

Though I was a mischievous child, my Pitaji never slapped me. He would always maintain silence and seldom explain that we ourselves have to go through the results of our actions, thus, never do anything that requires atonement.

One day, I was hanging from a branch of a tree, jumping and swinging around. I was 3 to 3½ years old. I was not listening to my Mataji’s pleas that if my hand slipped by chance then I might get injured in my back or head. For two minutes, I sat down in one place and stayed in control. Pitaji was watching everything. He did not say anything to me till now. Suddenly, a strong impulse came in my mind. I latched and held on to a branch, jumped onto the tree and sat on a branch. As soon as I sat down, my hand slipped and I fell on the ground. My right arm’s bone split into two and I started screaming. Mataji was distraught as I was wailing in pain. Pitaji quickly took me in his arms and laid me down under a neem tree. He knew of many remedies. He cured me completely in three months with native medicine, ghee, clarified butter and massage. After this, he kept me under strict vigilance. I never played alone. Any one of the brothers would always be around.

One day playfully, I took the wrong medicine. Pitaji would treat others, make their medicine and put it in a niche. I ate that medicine, became nauseous and vomited three times. It was a powdered mixture of herbs for the treatment of malaria. After that incident, Pitaji was very upset. He took away all my freedom and would seek accountability of everything.

When I was 6 years old, to bring the mind under control, Pranayam was initiated. Three Anulom-Vilom. I did not like the curbing of my mind’s limitless freedom. “I will never do Pranayam”, saying this, I went out of the house. I found Pranayam to be a punishment. Pitaji had instructed me to inform him before bedtime about the daily practice of Pranayam. Unfortunately, I never did it.

Pitaji’s worry was that I will soon turn eight, then moulding my mind and sanskar, inherent habits from past will be very difficult. He instructed my eldest brother, who at that time was named Parmeshwar, later came to be known as Shivananda, to now make me do two to four rounds of Anulom-Vilom not twice but thrice. However, I would cry, and plead persistently that I will never do mischief, but I will not sit in one place in asana or yogic posture. Neither would I witness my breath nor would I ever do Pranayam. Pitaji gave up on me and left me to my fate. He never hit me.

I had two other brothers, who were named Jagdish and Hari. Later, they became Yukteshwar and Lahiri Mahasaya prepared Yogananda for the world.

In the next five years, Pitaji prepared my three brothers for Yoga, Pranayam, Dhyana and the practice of Shanti. I did not do it. I wanted to only play, jump, and roam around and behold nature.

One day, when I was 19½ years old, a thought arose in my mind that maybe I should also do Dhyana, Pranayam, and Sadhu sangat, holy company. I would sip the holy water of river Ganga, observe fast and also do charity and seva or service but in following the instructions of Pitaji, my ego would stand between him and me. At last, I took initiation from him and was the last of the four brothers to start practicing Pranayam. When I started doing Pranayam, I got stuck to it like iron to a magnet. I would do it four to six times a day. Pitaji would forbid me but I became obsessed with it as the mind would give a lot of happiness, and I felt that my energy had increased a lot.

He explained that meditation, Yoga, Pranayam, Samadhi and Silence should all be done in moderation and balance. These in themselves give us balance, but we should not disrupt that balance by doing anything in excess. In doing so, there is a chance that our balance may get disrupted forever because the force in our prana gives us energy. However, this should be regulated via some special nadis only. Doing too much of yoga sadhana increases our ego, even inertia enters our system, because we do not accept the present circumstances or run away from them, we either cross limits or disobey.

By the time I submitted to Pitaji’s sage advice, I was 24½ years old. I felt whatever I was doing was correct and purposeful but father was watching everything. He stopped alerting me and kept silent. Shivananda, who at that time was Parmeshwar, would never overlook or disobey a single instruction. From the beginning, he was disciplined, observed fasts, was an expert in obedience and surrender like a bird that enters a cage on its own. Pitaji would spend maximum time with him and discuss in deep detail the matters pertaining to yoga sadhana.

For this reason, I could not control my mind at a later stage and due to this obsession, ended up doing Kriya, Pranayam in the Himalayas for many lives. Centuries passed.

However, a couple of years ago in 2022, when I saw that a woman has single-handedly changed the definition of meditation, Yoga, Ishwar sadhana, karma yoga, and scriptures in this era, I, who was proud of my yoga shakti earlier, started doubting it. One night in 2022, I asked my Pitaji Markandey finally, why do you give so much of your yoga shakti to this woman? I hardly get 2% from you, while she gets 130-140% of it. What is so special about her? Why so much Grace?

Pitaji spoke to me with a lot of humility, “She has never in any lifetime disobeyed a Guru, father, or husband, thus she has never had to do any atonement for it. Her mind is extremely pure and filled with love. Not only in this life but in every life, she truly accepted each word of Ishwar in her heart. But she does not even know that she has done so. We made her travel to the Himalayas 11 times by saying that Mahavatar Babaji will definitely meet her. She was always met with disappointment. She never complained to God that a joke is being played on her. She always said, “What God intends to do with me, I do not know. When God will unveil this mystery, I don’t know but there must be some reason why He keeps sending me to the Himalayas time and again, sometimes alone.”

“Finally, instead of being able to meet Mahavatar Babaji, she found refuge in us Rishis, she melted in joy. She was very moved and said, “So, to make me do big tasks, God was making me do a small task. This was a trial. A huge sky lies further ahead. I wish to go into that space where there is Chidakash – Mahakash. Now, I will write about them, write their biographies. My prana is in the Rishis. They are my life, they are the sustenance of my life. I dedicate my every breath to them. My life has become worthwhile, I have become whole by bringing them into the world, I have become immortal.”

She has never looked back, and is living each moment by God’s Wish. This is the difference.”

There are Regenerative forces in the navel

You were sent to the Himalayas 11 times to meet Mahavatar Babaji, but you could not meet him. Ishwar Kripa, God’s Grace is gained through surrender. Around our navel, there are 11 glands, called granthi, which are undeveloped in most people due to tamas or inertia. They are of Ichcha Shakti, Vichar Shakti, Sankalpa Shakti and Kriya Shakti. They all have opened.

When you went to the Himalayas for the first time, one of the glands on the left side was activated. The next time you travelled to Himalayas another granthi to the first one’s left activated (anti-clockwise). One after the other all eleven granthis opened and got activated. The last one was activated in 2014, first one in 2005. The 11 granthis are for ichcha shakti, vichar shakti and kriya shakti required for yoga. First 3 granthis are for ichcha shakti. Without our ichcha shakti, will power neither yoga nor our progress is possible. 4 granthis are for vichar shakti and sankalpa shakti, distributed as 2+2 each. For Kriya shakti, there are 4 granthis, in 1+3 distribution. In the second group of the four granthis, first one is for decision making, second for resolving, third for organising those properly and knowing the kernel of the entire stream of thoughts; the fourth granthi is activated in some rarest of rare being. In 2014 Rishikesh, the fourth one got activated for you. It is for accessing the centuries-old pious thoughts of Rishis that exist in the far-off Astral Skies.

To connect, hear, know and write down quickly through the power of memory, the thoughts of Rishis who were alive lakhs and crores of years ago. In reality, if this granthi gets activated and develops completely, then it has a very unique/divine function. You have got this blessing. It is to be able to hear, know and obtain the thoughts that were conceived by Ishwar crores of years ago from Hiranyagarbha. This is also the task of the last granthi that got activated. The possibility of activating this granthi is close to nil. For you, it started opening from 2014 during Dwarahat Yatra, then a little more development happened in Sep ’18. Then again in Dec ’19 and then after a year’s hard penance from Mar ’21 to Apr ’22, it completely developed. Now, you are very skilled with its functions. The articles of 4th and 5th Series have all been obtained by you from Hiranyagarbha.

Ishwar has made this last granthi of two halves for two tasks each. The first half is to obtain the lakhs of years’ old thoughts of Rishis from akash through vibrations only. The second inner half of the granthi is to know the Wish of Ishwar from  Hiranyagarbha, to completely accept Ishwar’s Wish and to immediately manifest it. This is the reason my Pitaji gives you 135% more yoga shakti after every meditation than to anyone else; with the help of which you are able to work so quickly on the books. Out of the many books, one will be about me and two will be about you. My Pitaji Markandey, will have three or more than three. This will depend on the Wish of Ishwar.”

Parmatma has now taken the incarnation, avatar of Narasimha for the non-believers, extremely ignorant and greedy people and traitors

“Peace will be gradually established in the world. It will take about 607 years but there will be a noticeable difference each day which will be felt by an exemplary yogini like you. I had planned a lofty purpose for you much in advance. You work at a global level through the books of Adi Shankarachaya.

From My side, the time has come to punish the defiant, arrogant and the lowly natured people. I had taken this step on 19th Mar ’25 evening for the welfare of the people, the world and for all living beings. Prahlad Rishi appeared, gave you sakshat darshan साक्षात दर्शन when you were meditating at Vishnupad Temple.

You had meditated in the courtyard of the temple for an extended time. I had made your meditation very powerful with my Shakti and made you observant of the Truth.

In your dhyana, you saw a very fiery and radiant form of Lord Narasimha at the threshold of the garbha griha, sanctum sanctorum of the temple. The form of Narasimha Bhagvan is considered to be an incarnation of Narhari Vishnu.

It was twilight time when you saw the entire visual. The temple was built with black stones. The avatar of Lord Narasimha was seated at the threshold of the temple, with Hiranyakashipu on his lap and was roaring, His ten long fingers digging into his chest.

The next moment, a sweet little boy was standing in the corner. He was Bhakt Prahlad. In the next few moments, you saw him gazing at you. He was not little anymore but appeared to be a man. He said to you in a very soft and loving tone, “Yes, I am a Rishi. Whatever you have just witnessed is true. I was born at this very place where today there is the temple of Vishnupad. People believe that Bhagvan Vishnu killed Gaya, a rakshas, demon under his feet. This is true indeed. It was the demon Gaya who was born again as Hiranyakashipu. He became a king and I, born as his son, was extremely loving and devoted towards Ishwar. Blinded by greed for wealth and power, always indulged in pride and ego, Hiranyakashipu did not believe in God. He thought of himself as God.

But for me, only Ishwar was Truth. Neither did I ever indulge in my father’s flattery nor did I compromise on my devotion to God. We always had a difference of opinion because of this clash. In the end, viewing me as a roadblock on his path, he tried to push me into the jaws of death several times but did not succeed. When he became extremely hateful and outrageous with disbelief, Parmatma, considering the boon given to my father, found a different and novel way to put an end to him.”

I, Parmatma, first burnt away all the punyas earned by Hiranyakashipu because of which he became lifeless. I snatched away all his power and intelligence. That is the reason why he accepted all those things which otherwise he would never have done. I came in an invisible form of Narasimha and putting him on My lap, I tore open his abdomen with My fingers.

The main reason for his defiance was his nabhi which I destroyed. I have conferred humans with three shaktis or powers – of action क्रिया शक्ति, thought संकल्प शक्ति and will इच्छा शक्ति. Hiranyakashipu’s ichcha shakti was very predominant but he had ominous desires and sinister thoughts. Hence, his evil desires which were sunken very deep inside his nabhi were pulled out and burnt away by Me. By doing so, he became powerless in his next birth. But on that day, I increased your ichcha shakti manifold for you to do My work.

A cure and remedy to remove the very old desires

Under the navel, nabhi are also stored very deep desires and vasanas which cause suffering for people and the world at large. Unless fulfilled, the desires remain permanent. To remove those enduring vasanas, recite Om on your nabhi, the desires will dissolve slowly.”

Part A

You have always sailed alone

“Your birth on 31st Dec ’58 was not at an auspicious time in the morning, the stars were all very unfavourable and hovering over with gloom on your future and especially at your pending vexatious destiny.

Your past connections from previous lives with many evil people with whom you were very kind and loving were acting upon you from the moment you were conceived and preparing to arrive in the world.

Their past and present karmas have been deplorable, they have sinned in so many lives due to their greed for money and a very cozy, comfortable life; you were surrounded by their karmas’ ill effects.

Knowingly, Parmatma allowed you to take this birth at your vehement request and very stubborn repetitions; you wanted Moksha, Mukti from all those souls who tormented you in your many past lives.

Gazing at the mountainous karmas’ load you were about to carry on your tender heart and shoulders, you set out in the world to navigate all alone without one person’s support for this exceptional endeavour.

Neither one day passed, nor any year when there were no insurmountable problems and troubles due to the curses those people had; consequently, their ill effects impacted your ineffectual destiny exponentially.

Day after day, week after week and decade after decade, you have ceaselessly sorted problems of life, untangling every knot made by their ill fate; you went on doing pious and noble karmas and were focused only on Self-Realization.

Your extremely pious karmas of previous lives were deeply sunken inside your ujjwal manas, it has taken Parmatma more than sixty-five years to wipe out every speck of others’ unholy karmas’ ramifications on your life.

This is the hardest life one could have chosen very consciously for gaining Mukti by any human being particularly by a woman, the ill effects of many peoples’ collective karmas on you were unimaginable and cannot be expressed.

Parmatma allowed you to go for it because never before was anyone so obstinate as you to sail alone in the deep seas of uncertainty, mired intricately in the consequences of others’ unaccountable sins of present and past lives.

You decided to pursue this journey solo and were isolated; yet you were very confident you will never drown, only the experiences will be painful; you have rested only now due to the blessings which are manifesting belatedly.

You never cared for any criticism, objections, belittling or rejections from all quarters; you still try to make them understand your point of view politely, but they have always rejected them as they are very often heedless.

Evil, materialistic and jealous people never understand, they lambast at the pious, gentle and loving souls; they only agree to disagree, they always compromise moral values for trivial things and refuse to budge and change.

Part B

Your excellent power of scrutiny and exceptional will power
to supersede unholy energies and navigate life alone
is the rarest quality

No matter how people have judged you or ignored your exceptional qualities rarely found in people, you have been swimming alone in the sea of sharks and cheats; they disguise cleverly but you unravel them every time.

Their sole intention is to overpower your sharp intelligence, acute presence of mind and quick responses wittily; they fail to understand how you are always conscious and fully awake and they don’t get a chance for revenge.

They have tried countless times to harm your many personal interests, they attempt to stop you mentally from being successful in every endeavour of life and difficulties that you have been tackling with; your success is what they abhor the most.

They’ve gone too far lately and have wished for and even visualised your untimely death because you have single handedly managed your material and spiritual life very successfully; they have waited unsuccessfully too long to see you fail.

Their denial and ego laden nature full of jealousy and hate for you stems from their own failures in personal, professional and financial aspects; they deny to acknowledge your worth publicly and hate it when you are praised.

Their blinded vision and lack of empathy stops them from seeing the infinite hard work, sacrifices, resilience, discipline, frugality, detachment, devotion and extreme regularity you have invested in yourself since the past six decades.

There is no comparison between those unholy people and you; you have from the time of your birth come with a very big vision and mission – to know Parmatma in this life surely, this resolve you had installed in your previous life precisely.

It was your very earnest desire emerging from detachment of your previous lives; your wisdom guides your thoughts and actions; you have seen life ebbing in a moment most unexpectedly in your dear ones and know life is indeed fragile.

You have fast forwarded your Soul Journey after you died last time with fervent prayers and invocations to Parmatma that in the upcoming life, you must be freed from all the shackles of deposited painful karmas – life can be cut short anytime.

The deepest mind or the last layer of the manas termed as the unconscious mind is impossible to tackle and work upon; the key reason is the karmas of the first twenty-five lives are deposited there; infinite positive karmas are needed to open them.

You were surrounded by ten very unholy people in your first twenty-six lives; they always wanted you to become like them and join their gang of liars, cheats, conspirators and indulge in politicking; your nature was always peaceful and pious.

In your very first incarnation at the age of merely thirteen and a half, you began meditating; you have prayed and wished to be united with God at the earliest possible time, you had learned to be still in silence as a teenager; your manas is very holy and pure.

The tussle and conflict of the existing holy and unholy forces is more than one lakh years old; you refused to give in to the impure souls and their unholy dreams then, you will never bend for them now even once, come what may even if you are isolated.

Part C

Brahmavastha, Brahmagyan, Ati Shubh Vichar va Sankalpa,
Ati Ati Shubh Karma, Sthitpragya, Paawan manas,
Ishwar – Ichcha, Brahmasamadhi, Asadharan stree

ब्रह्मावस्था, ब्रह्मज्ञान, अति शुभ विचार व संकल्प, अति-अति शुभ कर्म, स्थितप्रज्ञ, पावन मनस, ईश्वर-इच्छा, ब्रह्मसमाधि, असाधारण स्त्री

These are the words that come to my mind when I look at you from my abode in Puducherry; these eight words or states define you; you were and will forever be a very unique and asadharan stree.

Words are inadequate to praise you because your inner turmoil, pain, conflict and surrender to Parmatma when attacked by scathing vibrations is worth noting; the attacks are extreme; your calmness and stability are equally extreme.

Not for a moment do you react negatively when people purposely spew anger and venom at you out of sheer excess jealousy; you focus on being connected with Parmatma and never retaliate.

The Rishis watch you suffer for a few days when the venom acts on your mind, body and prana; you only focus on your heart and pray to Parmatma to help you pass the disturbance smoothly.

You rest, meditate, pray, remember the wonderful parts of your life when God gave you joy and bliss; you start thanking Him for the smallest thing that you have been given or bestowed with; you become euphoric by recalling past sweet memories.

Parmatma tells us in the morning meditation, “How has she endured this horrific world as she is an extremely loving, compassionate and gentle being; she has only received betrayal and unkind responses, yet she is not bitter or reacts angrily.

I have decided to give her many things now which she never wanted, leave alone demanded or asked from Me; she has not even once told Me, “Why did You give me such a long string of hard and unsupportive life circumstances?”

The foremost important thing that a human being should have is a healthy body and disease-free existence. I have given her Kaya Kalpa; she will live a long, a very long life with good health, happiness, vigour and equanimity.

Next comes a well formatted, extensively developed nervous system; she has the most advanced brain today; this brain will be preserved by Me in the astral world and transferred back to her in her next life; she will forever be very Wise.

She has empathy, mercy, love and compassion for people particularly those who are weak, deprived, tormented or troubled by the bad ones, her heart is made of generosity and is thus gold; her heart will beat perfectly well till her last moment.

She will change many peoples’ lives silently with her very pious and meaningful thoughts and prayers; her meditations even for a minute or two will always be dynamic – she can contact Me anytime, anywhere effortlessly.

The world will benefit in several ways with what she thinks, meditates upon, dreams, speaks, lectures or writes; all her thoughts emerge from her memory of Me and love for mankind; she will always be on My Mind.

Let the sinners plot, scheme or be upset with her, she is My Sunflower, she only looks at Me, as soon as the divine ray touches her Crown Chakra, she is in attunement with Me instantly – she is too pure and divine to even look at them, I am and will forever remain her first Love.” 9, 10

Part A 

Only love can heal

“The most powerful and constructive emotion in human beings is love and never hate; the latter is widely used by egoistic people to dominate others.

Love is very powerful because the heart opens fully when connected in body and mind in the physical or mental world with the others; where love flows, prana flows.

With unselfish intention in the mind, that extra prana has magical healing power; broken hearts revive, the mind gets energized, and people become alive.

Residual energies of despondency and hopelessness lying dormant in the mind are cleared by the flow of excess prana, and new life is kindled in both.

Sympathy, care, concern and empathy are sublime forms of divine love, if your heart has them, you are spreading healing vibrations in the world.

These healing vibrations can travel at a frightening speed to far-off lands and can touch the deepest regions of the other person’s mind.

The deeper your intention and the holier your love for the good of others, the faster the velocity of the vibrations of your thoughts, they will reach thousands of kilometers instantly.

Heal your dear ones, heal yourself, heal your past, heal your deeply buried wounds, scars and anguish; wrap your body, mind and Soul with love of God as Light around you.

Part B

 The faintest whisper of a devotee is heard promptly and clearly by Parmatma, more so of love, forgiveness and empathy

Today, you have experienced eighteen miracles in one day, six in the physical world, and the rest twelve in the mental or astral world in your sleep before 4:00 AM.

Many people have been praying to Parmatma for mercy, redemption, grace, love and freedom from the suffering of their past karmas and wish to be free.

They want to be healed first in the heart and mind and then want healing by resting in their Soul; they want peace and have surrendered to you wholeheartedly.

You have spoken to six people and have given them freedom to move on in life with a clear vision and full surrender to Parmatma; for two, you have sent their messages mentally.

Those people have been praying to Parmatma silently since many days and were communicating with you mentally, the day 26th Jun ’25 was very exceptional; you cleared their path of hurdles.

Your role as a Grand Master is advancing rapidly and the work of Soul enlightenment of multiple people collectively in one day has been carried out by you expertly.

More power, intuition and execution abilities from today are given by the Rishis to you with their divine thoughts to expedite the Self-Realization of many disciples; many more will come.

Expect opening of many more divine hubs of energies in higher domains to release people from their karmas of past lives and receiving surplus regenerative energies from you to restore their lives.

Part C 

It may take Parmatma many thousands of years to unite two Souls whose love for each other is selfless; they are eventually united forever for a great mission of Parmatma on the Earth

In very extreme cases, hardly in one or two yugas, Parmatma finds a loving couple who is totally unselfish and completely dedicated; it happens only if both do tapasya for a prolonged time; all other people are in a very deep sleep.

In Kaliyug and particularly in present time, Vishesh Kaliyug, the union or unity of two Souls is almost impossible; it is a very distressing time of yug parivartan; relations are conditional and transactional, minds are filled with ignorance.

It is the worst time ever because the power of delusion capturing all the people in the world is phenomenal; in Satya Yuga, people go for Parmarth and Purushartha, in Kaliyug for pramad, lobh and swarth.

Barring a few, all the people are under a big wave or a dark cloud of extreme delusion called bhram; they all wish and seek only temporary and wasteful pursuits and things; very few choose Parmatma, seva and prem.

To consummate a marriage, first the minds and then the Souls must unite for them to experience Parmatma in a glimpse; that is true surrender and silencing of egos, only pure Souls experience divinity.

However, remember, this state is the rarest of rare because of their tapasya of many lives which gives experiences of stillness, total silence and complete surrender to His Will to truly become One – their prayers of many lives materialize.

If two Souls have in every life surrendered fully to God’s Wish and followed all the commandments given in meditation to them, they will experience Divine Love and Joy mutually in unity leading to pure Cosmic Consciousness!

But Parmatma waits for thousands of years to unite two very pure human beings after their countless prayers, invocations and imploring to fulfill their deepest desire – to serve Parmatma together with their deepest love.”

I wish to pass on to you my three very great qualities and assets for your uncountable sacrifices and unsaid tapasya in this materialistic world – you will accomplish the rarest of rare goal of bookmaking

“You woke up at 3:00 AM today on 28-06-25 at my command and have been working at your table since then; it is now 5:35 AM and you are not at all distressed following my stringent orders.

A very strict discipline and firmness which I had followed in my Puducherry Ashram long back, I wish to pass on to you for covering up for so many days in which you could not write your book.

First, I have changed your circadian rhythm permanently in your DNA; you have been longing to reset your body clock for a long time to accommodate more time; you will wake up at 3:00 AM daily.

Your power of meditation has been increased by more than twenty-two times by me for your incessant work of documentation and writing books; it will correspondingly increase memory and retention.

I have done a herculean task until age 103 in my Ashram in Puducherry around 75,000 years ago, of active documentation and restoration of old manuscripts and reorganising every particle, page and word.*

I have granted a boon to you for your dedication to Parmatma and the Rishis; hereafter, you will follow my life and footsteps of ancient times in the modern world; you will do the same work as I did.

You will get the skill, patience and mathematical precision of making books continuously in this and all your lives henceforward because you wish to serve the mankind infinitely, you do not want to halt.

Let the world know that you are the very special and chosen human being by Parmatma for an incredibly unique mission on Earth in the darkest time of human history – you will revive the long-forgotten Rishis!”

*When Agastya lived in Tiruvannamalai, he walked from there to Kanyakumari to meditate in the cave under the water where now there is Vivekananda Memorial. Markandey Maharishi meditates here regularly till this day. He had called Agastya to complete his tapasya in the most divine manner. He had spent all his life on a mountain practicing Pranayam, achieving Kaya Kalpa and becoming a Grand Master in lonely and harsh conditions.

About the cave

This is land mass under which there is a cave from the time when Bharatvarsh Jambudweep and Africa were one. During this time, the first most ancient civilization of the world named Kumari Kandam thrived for three and a half centuries in a modest way and seven centuries in an advanced stage with its own language, culture and a simple society. In totality, this civilization lasted for three and a half thousand years only. Agastya, Vishwakarma, Pulastya Rishi, Dhanwantari, Parashuram and Vashishtha Rishi are from that era. Parmatma tried to create the first society with a divine mission of helping people co-exist harmoniously.

However, after less than four thousand years, some people wanted to define their territory and created their own warriors to have a separate kingdom. Just after that, those thoughts began to cause a change in the geography of Bharat. This was the first thought of a few men who wanted to separate from Bharat and have their own country or rashtra. In about one lakh years, this land mass broke and drifted from southern part of Bharat as it split very slowly into another land mass called Africa . Our thoughts manifest one day and shape the world slowly….

When Agastya meditated in this cave and was returning to Puducherry about 75,000 years ago, on his way he recalled that his Soul was from Kumari Kandam or Kumari Kaantam period and he lived with Vishwakarma and others in a very peaceful time. They all worshipped their Motherland and nature. It was a classless society and they were one community with no boundaries or mental segregation of land.

He took three years to do this unique yatra on foot. From Tiruvannamalai, he had to walk and reach some village nearby and be their guest for some days to recover. After a few weeks, he walked further until he found shelter and food in another village. People got news from other travellers which was passed on to some other community or people if they were keen to know the route and the number of days and the dangers on the way to reach Kanyakumari. After extreme tiredness, lack of food and stomach ailments, he wished to stop and rest. He stopped at Rameshwaram while returning to Tiruvannamalai. He left his body there voluntarily as his mission was complete. His tapasya of that life was over.

On his samadhi, we have one of the Jyotirlingas – Rameshwaram. He visits Rameshwaram mandir every day in the early hours to worship Shiva.

Chemistry of Life force and five elements – Shwas and Panch tattva –

Panch tattva were formed with the will of God; they are meant for construction and destruction of manifested beings by increasing and decreasing their proportions respectively.

“The entire Prakriti or nature is made out of five elements – fire, water, air, earth and space – agni, jal, vayu, prithvi, akash.

They were made one by one extremely slowly during the manifestation and evolution of the Earth, our sacred planet or griha.

Out of these five elements or tattva, except for akash, all are tangible and can be seen and touched; akash, ether is distinct.

They function individually as well as collectively; living and non-living beings are made and destroyed by them continuously.

The five elements are withdrawn from nature if God wills; they begin to change the composition of our mind, body and the world with this process.

Panch tattva were made with just one purpose,
to make this world of living and non-living beings.

Panch tattva are always at work since God wishes them to co-operate as a team as well as work individually – they are empowered.

Inside human beings, they are present to aid all the systems and functions; their primary function is to keep the body alive and functional.

They must be maintained by good upkeep and regularity through many physical and mental exercises and particularly by saatvik tendencies.

The prana and panch tattva together give us good health, longevity and wellness; our body chemistry depends primarily on panch tattva.

The quality of prana and our corresponding parameters are dependent on the quantity and quality of panch tattva that our body holds.

The physical body has panch tattva in a solid form and can be manipulated with quantity and quality of food, sleep, thoughts and will power.

Panch tattva are borrowed from nature in case they deplete in our body and mind
– without doubt never can anyone live without each one of them.

The chemistry of Panch tattva and shwas – five elements and breath is a very complicated one, they are interwoven so intricately that one cannot fathom.

Shwas is made up of Life force, and in it are also embedded the five elements in extremely limited quantity, they travel through channels called nadi.

We inhale jal, agni, vayu, akash, through air when we breathe and prithvi through thoughts from air in subtle form inside our system.

Most people have heavy thoughts of worldly matters, they consist of Earth element, they are heavy in nature and cling very tightly inside us.

Prithvi tattva gets embedded in our muladhar, other four tattva on successive ascending chakras respectively.

The shwas becomes heavy or light depending on which tattva is more or less in the body and manas; if positive, humanitarian thoughts are present, there is more akash.

If desires, wants and clamouring for worldly objects are in the thoughts, the composition of the shwas will be a mixture of Life force and prithvi and agni.

Anger, jealousy, rage and revenge are emotions embedded with excess agni, they must be doused with jal water element by arousing contentment.

The chemistry of shwas and panch tattva is designed in such a manner that the flow of life is continuous, and we are subjected to continuous sources of energy to act and think.

The volume of prana in a person’s body is crucial, however more crucial is the quality of prana and what powers of mind one possesses for a good chemistry of both – volume and quantity.

A person’s quality of thoughts will change the chemistry of the shwas and panch tattva.” “How, please explain?” I asked the most venerated Sage named Agastya.

“Vichar Shakti or the power of our thoughts is a very powerful source of divine energy – the higher the quality of thoughts one has, the greater the chemistry of prana.

The Panch tattva will succumb to the prana and assist them to flow harmoniously in all the nadi, because the keystone of panch tattva in shwas is Vichar Shakti.

Collectively all three components – Shwas, Panch tattva, Vichar Shakti make our Life force a live dynamo of magnanimity and triumph.

To begin with, we use this combined shakti to enhance our spiritual powers to become steadier in our spiritual consciousness and make a Divine Life.

Furthermore, it must be applied to gain success in all areas of our living for harmony, health, longevity, success, prosperity and enhancement of your spiritual empowerment!”

My Ashram in Puducherry 75,000 years ago  

“It was a residential school of Vedic learning for boys of age 4 to 18. By the age of 18, usually they would mature to become proficient in spiritual and worldly matters. 

I opened the Gurukul at the age of only 22 on a very large piece of land donated by the chieftain of my village. The name of my village was Puducherry which means in Tamil – a new town or place. This name was coined because before the settlement, there were many natural orchards which were cut down to make space for new settlements for our community. In the area which was being developed for the betterment of our community, I got a large area of land to make a residential school for boys.

We had many natural sweet water wells also in the Ashram. There were three wells in my Gurukul, enough for our daily needs. Even as the boys’ number swelled in merely three years due to the popularity I had gained, there was no dearth of water in our wells. I made sure we grew many fruit trees in our compound as they not only gave shade and fruits to people, animals and birds, they also harvested water more quickly than other trees. Fruit trees are faster than other trees in recycling the ground water and moisture drops in the atmosphere, thereby irrigating the wells constantly and keeping the air moist. 

I had planted at least 62 trees with my own hands in my school out of which 29 were near the three wells. The grove of trees near the well were meant to harvest rainwater. Also, as many as nine small ponds full of fish and lotus were made and maintained by the children during free time as a hobby and a course of sustainable and eco friendly living. Six large water tanks or kund were constructed by the shramdaan, service to the community to save and store rainwater, by my shishyas and their family members. This water was used in dearth if any during summer or for extra usage during a Sangham or festival of convergence of other nearby Gurukuls. Due to rainwater harvesting, tanks and ponds, water was available year round to irrigate our agricultural produce and vegetables without worries and we were not going hungry. Mostly, there was surplus which was donated to the priests, people who helped us during the year round activities of the Ashram or poor and old people of my village Puducherry. In return of the produce given, they would give us oil to burn the lamps, flowers to decorate our ashram and pots to store water in the Ashram. Sometimes if their harvest was bounty, rice sacks were given for the Gurukul or Ashramam as it was called then as their kind gesture. 

My Gurukul lasted for a very long time. This was an exceptional case. Mostly due to short lives of people during that  time, the teachers or Gurus could not sustain themselves for long as life was very hard, out of control and unpredictable. A verbal will was made by them about who would be the heir to their labour, planning, management and patience of many years of their Gurukul. Very rarely a woman would become a priestess or a Guru Mata.  The reason was due to the high mortality rate, their child bearing body would get exhausted by the age of thirty five or so. Countless house chores and agricultural life confined them to their homes and fields. They would have many children in one life to continue their varna and gotra. Few descendents were left to whom they would in future transfer their wealth in the form of land and cattle. 

Transition from a highly qualified Master to a Grand Master after more than three decades of tapasya

With Parmatma’s grace, my Gurukul was rare and blessed. It was alive with robust energy and spirit for a span of 33 years. That was a very long inning I played as I taught a very large number of boys of all ages for more than three decades. After I became 55 years old  as a Grand Master, I decided to teach only the teachers and Masters of neighbouring Gurukuls to improve their faculties and build over their existing knowledge. My Gurukul was now a teachers’ training Institute.

With passage of time, as a septuagenarian I closed down this Institute of Teachers’ Training at the age of 75 and handed over the Gurukul to the village head and retired from active teaching.  

Owing to my purushartha, tapasya and kathor anushasan of many lives and more so of the life in Puducherry, I had accomplished Kaya Kalpa and lived more than a hundred years. I was never ill or contracted infections or diseases due to a very controlled and stringent daily routine of diet, sleep and time. Yoga, Pranayam, dhyana and diet control was the secret. I fasted intermittently and took a day off to remain quiet and still in body and mind to conserve my physical energies and prana shakti in the nadis. I drank a lot of water and did Pranayam for cleansing my nadis due to the doshas  contracted from ignorant people. Nadi shuddhi by nadi shodhan with anulom vilom, kapal bhati and bhastrika was the best form of regenerating the body, mind and Soul for the next 3 to 6 months. 

At the age of 103, I took sukhad samadhi, a blissful exit from the world. I completed all the duties and important tasks given to me by Parmatma. From age 75 to 103, I lived alone in a hut and only did lofty and extensively detailed documentation work with my three favourite disciples on topics Kaya Kalpa, mastery of breath, how to control breath with correct breathing and chemistry of panch tattvas and breath. I preserved my works until I died. I passed on my legacy to my three most trusted disciples. They were from three generations so that the work of documentation does not recede due to lack of energy and health in any. The work continued incessantly for 28 years until I took samadhi in the very early hours at 3.55 AM after taking a bath on Thursday morning on Ekadashi. I was on an empty stomach one day before I died. Before the previous day for three days, I remained solitary and quiet. When I died, it rained for two minutes over my body in the courtyard. The next day after my samadhi day, the villagers fasted and lit lamps in their homes at night. Donations in large were given by the villagers for my Soul to rest in everlasting peace. People worshipped me for my sacrifice and selfless service I did for every person I knew and met. My three disciples meditated for 11 days in my hut until two were asked to leave my hut by me in their meditation. One of the disciples was asked to live in my hut for 3 years to work on the unfinished documentation work after which he was free to go to live in his village nearby.  The completed and final manuscript-to-be kept aside was for one Gurukul which was 18 kilometers away from Puducherry. It was handed over by the most trusted disciple after 18 days of its completion. Agastya was at peace finally! 

The manuscripts were asked and expected to be kept safely for at least a hundred years by the Grand Master. Their copies were distributed to four other Gurukuls as per my command.  I donated copies of my toil and labour for the brahmacharis and the shishyas. It was for a very good reason and cause – they should not sway and falter from the resolve and oath they had taken at the time of their admission in my Gurukul of living a very righteous and pious life then and thereafter too.

The name of my most trusted disciple in Puducherry was Narsimha, who later became Bogar or Bogarnath in his last life on Earth and rested in peace at Palani finally. Bogar was also a disciple of Kartikeyan who is resting for eternity at Katargama. They both are Chiranjeeva and Nitya Jyot, my Stars in the galaxy.

To become a Grand Master, three things are mandatory 

1) A very high level of dedication, committment and sincerity for the task appointed to you by the Rishis or Parmatma. We all work as a community. Each person must do his or her task on time to continue the work. 

2) A high-powered nervous system. All the parts of the brain must be healthy and regenerated from time to time to keep this organ young and supple till the last day. 

3)An extremely fit physical body. The stem cells, the bone marrow and all the functions of the organs must work in tandem to be able to regenerate new cells continuously to stop aging. Regeneration of cells must be faster than degeneration. This is also called Kaya Kalpa. 

This extremely fit body is given by Parmatma to continuously do work each day to perform all the missionary work to be executed on time every day. 

You have surpassed all of us on this also because in Kaliyug, there are many opportunities for health and fitness which were not existing in the previous yugas. You are getting the benefits due to this prosperous cycle of time. 

Three things Grand Masters never do  

1) They never ignore their intuition, the Voice of God. 

2) They never compromise on telling the truth. 

3) Once they make up their mind in pursuing a goal, even if takes many years or lives, they will never forget what they wished or wanted to do or accomplish. They will sacrifice everything to accomplish the goal. Until then, they will not rest. 

Three ways to recognise a Grand Master 

1) Their life force is sustainable and renewable constantly. They have many divine sources to recharge immediately after a taxing job. Their supply of energy never diminishes or stops. 

2) They bounce back immediately after a setback, a disheartening denial or letting down by a person, a trusted person or a friend. The positivity and faith push them back into action. They never blame others or procrastinate; they simply keep going on. 

3) They walk alone. They never seek attention, courage or help and support from others. The divine consciousness in them is always ablaze with optimism, patience and peace. They receive help at the most opportune time from the good and pious people, and their mission never stops. Since they resonate divinity all the time, that Divine Consciousness attracts the best the world can offer. They prefer to remain peaceful and calm with no expectations whatsoever from anyone. Yet they accomplish rarest of rare feats in the world by the grace of God. They prefer to remain peaceful and calm with no expectations whatsoever from anyone.  You have succeeded in every endeavour in this life due to your indomitable Spirit of many lives; continue that way in all your future lives; you were born to win! (P-1)

Part I

Born to Win!  

“The very hostile situations in your many lives have made you stronger instead of breaking; you are naive, you do not realize this – the harder it gets, the more you resist those energies which come from unholy people to break and crush you into grains of sand.

Your Spirit is so bright that it fights back tooth and nail when the unholy forces attempt to finish or curse you to gain success in eliminating you to get their desires fulfilled; you are so immersed in holy thoughts and deeds, and you never think of them.

However, mind you my dear child, my role is to always make you aware of the unholy forces which want to trample you because you are a beacon of Light and never give in when they compel you to act in accordance with their sinful will and greedy wish. 

Your countless good karmas are responsible for maintaining a very deep sense of equanimity and equilibrium in all conditions, but the unholy, scheming minds are forever at work; they scheme against you to remove you as you are an obstruction for them.

Know that you will never fail because the holy waters of your divine acts are like river Ganga always protecting you no matter how dark those forces are; they come in many disguises, you ignore them knowingly because you mind your business in your everyday life.

Nevertheless, the wish of Parmatma is always in your favour because you never have a desire to take anything from any person, it is the other way round; people come to rob you, take away your knowledge, wealth or your ideas which are always very progressive. 

In such a situation, it is Parmatma who intervenes and asks us to give you perfect tips and guidance to protect your rights which are rightfully yours; you must not feel obliged as the shameful, greedy people are very unrepentant; they will die but never develop conscience.

It is the law of nature, whenever excess wrongdoings are meted out to pure hearts, the Universe sends signals in their body, mind and Spirit; corrections are made, health and happiness are restored and they do not suffer much due to discomfort since normalcy returns.

You have just come out of such a disturbing state, you are always enduring and peaceful in your mind; I have intervened to guide you as you will never complain, but it is Parmatma who arrived last night and asked me to guide you very well in the present state of  turbulence.

Know that you will always win in every situation in the end, no matter how complicated and hard the circumstances look at this moment; presently let the sinful person believe that he has an upper hand, you will win finally because God will delude and fail them eventually.

People filled with ego, delusion, greed and hard feelings will never realize that there is one power in the world that is the mightiest; and that power is the power of delusion; the latter traps the person in a peculiar state when they are gloating or bragging their earned wealth.

A very humble person like you likes to live a very simple and clean life, the unholy people take undue advantage of your holy nature because they know that you will never lash back at them as your faith in Parmatma is untold; knowingly, they cheat you to gain something. 

I help people like you at the behest of Parmatma until all scores are settled; it may take time and your energy; but Dharma must be restored and adharma must be destroyed or else who will protect the pious and virtuous Souls like you? Let them know about this clearly.

Your current visit to Kashi with forty people has stirred a kind of upheaval in the divine world because you have awakened the Soul of thirty-one disciples by taking them to many holy places and meditating with them in the wee hours at the ghat of the holiest river Ganga.

You were born to win due to your unstoppable determination and grit to climb the ladder of divinity which no one before has wanted to do; therefore, you must always have this fire in you to only do very pious actions and retain your divine thoughts, you are unbeatable!  

Part – II  

The Infinite power of meditation  

Discipline is the secret of your great success, followed by obedience and respectful submission to the Gurus and elders of the family; your mind became free of delusion right in the beginning and you have created history, it is because you meditated in your first life in Rishikesh.  

Hence, you are a born winner; if you had not meditated earnestly to connect to the Divine Presence inside you in your first life itself, your manas would have got swayed away on some pretext or you would have ventured into experiencing the worldly things for the fun of it anyway.  

At the age of thirteen and a half, with your first ever meditation which you did in the twilight on a day called Budhwar or Wednesday at 6.22 PM in your room near a mango tree; you had requested Parmatma that you are not at all interested in the expensive things that people possess, jewellery or money.  

You want to live a free life with independent thoughts and would never want anyone to curb your freedom of thoughts; you will never ask anyone to stop doing something because you want to become their Master and they your slaves; you would like to be with your good thoughts instead.  

That first powerful meditation has shaped your character and makes you a dynamic personality since you have in the very beginning resolved to explore the world of thoughts which are liberating in nature; by freeing others, you are a free bird as the desire to latch on to someone is bad for Atma.  

When you liberated yourself of the ego and desire to control the lives of others, you immediately withdrew yourself inward and your journey to know the Divine within began; moulding the mind in such a fashion is the most important step to realize God, nobody wants to turn the mind inward.   

When the mind turns away from the worldly subjects, objects, obsessions, impulses, lust and hasty grabbing of money and possessions, the freed mind is at peace; it rests there to unite with the holy vibrations procured in that peace which is God’s own presence in humans of free minds.  

In this state, the mind becomes absolutely free to connect with the silence that is inside our Atma, our Atma must be freed from all the attachments by which the mind gets sullied of vasanas; the vasanas drag the mind downward and the bhogi does not have a desire to experience Parmatma.   

On the contrary, you very quickly gave up the desire to experience and enjoy Maya which deludes people after they are born and mix with other bhogis; the more they get drawn, drunk and drown in the illusory, fleeting things of the world, the harder it is for them to return to their Self.  

Meditation has the power to call us to our peaceful Atma, our residence of permanent peace and tranquillity, the abode of permanent removal of mental and physical suffering, meditation removes delusion from the manas; meditate as many times as you can, it will remove all delusion from within.  

Meditation burns the desires which the manas harbours since eternity, some desires are very, very old in the mind of a bhogi, despite the desires being fulfilled, the mind roams in the jungle of cravings and gratification; even in the sleep, the manas is experiencing the worldly things as the mind is very active.  

When a yogi meditates for many lives, the subconscious mind begins to cleanse and Atma is experienced as shanti, peace; once this state is achieved, there is no way the experience can be forgotten; thereafter yearning increases and the Atma begins to beckon the meditator as a blessing!  

In your first life itself, since you had determined that you want Parmatma, you were blessed by Him because nobody wants to experience Him, the world is so delusive everybody willingly wants to experience the Maya, so Parmatma never calls them to Him; you were an exception.  

Hence, I had said to you – “You have the deepest level of consciousness, it is the deepest level of shanti, it is called Atma Shanti, it is also a state of Atma Santushti, because you have renounced all the wealth, riches of the world and found Parmatma’s smriti and prem as the most precious possessions.

Your most precious possession is the power of meditation which you have achieved so early in your Soul Journey; the more you meditate now, the more powerfully your mind blossoms; you are creating new memories each day inside your mind of the deepest peace called Atma Shanti.   

Part – III  

You are chosen for a very, very special mission on Earth, you shall succeed infinitely  

Since you were born with a fiery nature and indomitable Spirit to win, Parmatma has chosen you for a formidable and very special mission on Earth in Vishesh Kaliyug and that is for World Transformation but in a very silent manner; nonetheless you want to remain unknown and be low-key.   

You were born this time with a fire in your belly to cover for all the lives in which you have done intense penance, more so in your last life and in twenty-two other most arduous ones you have undergone very hard life circumstances which have made you a formidable and a tall personality.   

Penance of mind is far more daunting but worthwhile than penance of the physical body because inside our mind are deposited countless karmas and their consequences, they are most tricky and challenging to tackle; sometimes they even deter you, so a Soul postpones them as far as possible.   

However, you have superseded others by asking Parmatma in your last life to give you all the painful and hard experiences to overcome karmas of the subconscious and unconscious mind in this life and free you thereby, so that you are a perfect vessel to realize Him unconditionally and in full form.   

No one has done this before because in one life it is not possible to bear the consequences of so many karmas, they will throw numerous challenges which will eventually take a toll on the mind and body as a natural consequence; you had an infallible faith in your intuition and you pursued Him. 

The Rishis were jubilant at your sankalpa because they were waiting for more than ninety-five lakh years eagerly; they were Vishwamitra, Markandey, Amara, Keshwananda, Yogacharya Dhanwantri, Agastya, Pulastya, Vishwakarma, Vashishtha, Adi Shankaracharya, Kashyap and Atri.  

They knew that Maheshwar and Kashi were the two holy cities in this sequence to be made in future near a riverbank, out of these two Maheshwar’s plan will not succeed initially but Kashi will develop and nourish many, many thirsty Souls; but the Vedas and Upanishads will be destroyed.  

In the very, very far-off past in history, for this current time of Kaliyug, Parmatma had made a resolve to re-write the holy scriptures mainly of the Holy Sages of ancient time and Kashi specifically; you have been chosen for this extra special task of retelling the Vedic scriptures in English.  

Besides this, you must take your knowledge far and wide personally to those holy Souls who have awakened themselves with their own effort and wish of the deepest mind; if they have even a faint desire to awaken their consciousness, they will find you somehow; you must ignore others.   

This is not an ordinary feat and responsibility because you will be asked to travel a lot till the last day and you will also write many, many books alongside; you will never tire of doing both because your desire of serving and loving your Holy Masters and Parmatma is as insatiable as it was before.   

You have received unimaginable shaktis in many forms in physical, mental, psychic and causal bodies; these are many sheaths of a Soul which are given by Parmatma to the holiest Rishis to travel to different realms of the Universe freely to bring down the saved mental energies of spiritual knowledge.   

You are doing this task for world reformation and transformation of those who are now easily submitted to your exceptional Spiritual advancements; by doing so, many will be freed exceptionally fast from the clutches of their past bad karmas; please hasten up this assignment as time available is very less.  

You are a fearless and courageous woman who marches ahead without any pause or hesitation to meet goals; your will power and joy of doing something for the Divine is also very exceptional, therefore march ahead, you shall experience immense gratitude and a sense of joy and victory on getting success.  

You shall always receive everything that you need for your plans and will accomplish all objectives on time; never care for those who might spoil your plans or waste your very precious time; you will succeed in everything, all your goals shall materialize with blessings of Rishis and Parmatma.  

In this twilight time on 4th April 2025, I am giving you all my reserved shaktis to hasten the task of awaking people to a mindful state after breaking the seal of delusion over their mind since eternity; the hard crust will shatter with your words of wisdom and fiery speech in every powerful Satsanga!”

There was another post which Guru Gorakhnath made me write before the 17th blogging anniversary. Adding it as a second post here after three months for the reader’s convenience sake please. You may now read it please.

 

 04-04-25 Ignorance must be burned in the Fire of Wisdom – Guru Gorakhnath  P- 2

“On your death anniversary it will rain, in every life on that day it will rain, on your first birth anniversary in the next life it will rain, on all your very special days of significance of all lives, it will rain. 

This was the supreme benediction Parmatma gave you when you were only thirteen and a half in your first life. The reason was that you said in your first meditation in the twilight hour at 6:22 p.m. on a Wednesday, “I do not want any fine jewellery or expensive clothes or money. I only want to go Home.”

In only years ten and a half, you realized that one must never go astray. After you were abducted at the age of three by a very wicked man in Rishikesh in your first birth ever, you prayed and prayed to Parmatma to free you from slavery and domination. 

Whenever you were forced to eat food or taught sophisticated poetry and music, you rejected and refused to accept them outrightly. You said you will instead meditate and sit in a quiet place to bring peace in your troubled mind.

In the first incarnation at the age of only thirteen and a half, you had Ishwar sakshatkar. It was Parmatma who answered your prayers and invocation. He blessed you that you will never fall in the trap of delusion.

Illusion is caused because the Jeevatma temporarily loses sight, presence of mind or consciousness, also Chetna or Bodh. The senses are extremely occupied with enjoyment and the wisdom, bodh or Chetna is covered by temporary cover or shield of ignorance.

When at such a young age, you invoked Parmatma, the senses were forever secured with dense Wisdom from the beginning.

The senses are made conscious if we breathe rhythmically.  The intellect becomes refined if our breath is stable due to deep concentration of our thoughts in the mind.

On that evening on Wednesday at 6:22 p.m. in your room, you brought your focus to the sixth chakra. The prana became steady.  The senses and intellect became aligned in the centre, and the central nadi Sushumna got activated.

When Sushumna gets activated, the Chetna is active.  Your breath did not flicker for 22 ½  seconds because you were in shunya,  kumbhak, a breathless state. After exhalation, you did not inhale for 22 ½ seconds.

It was in this pure state of Consciousness, Parmatma in you was aroused. He spoke to you, “I bless you at such a supple and tender age that you will gain intense Wisdom.”  You quickly retorted, “Ignorance must be burned in the Fire of Wisdom.”

Indeed, every word of Parmatma has come true. The ignorance that sticks to a Jeevatma’s manas after interacting with worldly people, you have burned it with meditation and Wisdom gained in meditation.

On the 17th Blogging Anniversary, I bless you my very, very dear child that for doing such hard penance at a late age without being irked or annoyed, you will never lose or deplete your fiery Wisdom by even a grain of sand.

On the contrary, it will accumulate and grow multiple times because of your tapasya of allowing very ignorant people to sit with you and seek the Wisdom of exquisite nature from you. Allow them to do so, and let them achieve a drop of your vast Wisdom.

That one drop of Wisdom shall become a pitcher, then a tank and maybe later a river. Let them burn their ignorance in the blazing fire of your Wisdom for which Parmatma will be very, very pleased and overjoyed by your very generous and compassionate deed.

When you do that very compassionate act in the future, I will gently drop flowers on you like raindrops on your shoulders and crown. Adi Shankaracharya had done that on 17th March 2025 early morning in Kashi Vishwanath Mandir.

He did it because you were surrounded by very ignorant people in the temple. He also blessed you because you prayed for all those who seek Parmatma and Mukti in that temple in Kashi.

People who lack good attributes, sanskaras, or talent are the most harmful. They are very jealous of you. They are jealous of you because you are exceptionally good in the science of Atma and are full of Wisdom. You never lost control because of your extreme discipline and breath control.

It is their very deep ignorance of infinite time due to which they try to match you.  Give them space and some time. They will mince their words and bite their nails in desperation because you will never lose your stability and control of the senses and mind.  It is because you have burned ignorance in the Fire of blazing Wisdom a long, long time ago. 

On the 17th Blogging Anniversary,  I give you one more blessing. No matter who comes to you irrespective of their wealth, prestige or famous background for learning or gaining wisdom;  they will forever be grateful and overtly overwhelmed by your ever flowing deep Wisdom.

No harm can be done as they will lose their shakti, prana shakti the moment they get angry at you. In a few moments, they will get distracted, disillusioned or disappointed by their own very poor and bereft mind. 

Come to my samadhi in Vajreshwari when I call you. I will shower more ancient yogic, adhyatmik and sansarik gyan to help you fulfill all given duties. Your writing will continue lifelong, your good health will always be your greatest support.

Your mind will continue to be sparky and lit-up like the morning light rays of the Sun at the time of Usha, called dawn. Continue with our mission relentlessly. We will keep up with the orders of Parmatma.”

मैं छुप कर उन लोगों के पास अदृश्य रूप में खड़ा हो जाता हूँ, जो सत्य की खोज में हैं और जो सत्य प्राप्त करने के लिए तपस्या कर रहे हैं। मैं तुम्हारे पास भी अनेकों बार आया हूँ जब तुम मन में संसार से अत्यधिक विरक्त हो गई थीं। तुम्हारी आयु 32 वर्ष से अधिक न होगी। तुम जीवन से हताश थीं क्योंकि तुम्हें सत्य का प्रकाश कहीं से नहीं मिल रहा था। दुःख इस बात का था कि तुम्हें लोगों में अज्ञान का अंधकार बहुत गहरा दिखा। परन्तु रास्ता दिखाता कौन? तब तुमने 6 साल लगातार मौन किया, गहरा अध्ययन किया, संत महात्माओं की जीवनी से प्रेरणा ली और एक बहुत बड़ी शपथ ले ली। वह शपथ थी कि, “जब तक मुझे परमात्मा सीधे ज्ञान ना देंगे, जब तक वह मुझमें मेरी आत्मा की लौ ना जला दें, तब तक मैं किसी भी जीवित शरीरधारी गुरु के पास नहीं जाऊंँगी।”

“कुछ समय बाद ओम् का स्मरण करो, एक दैदिप्यमान प्रकाश, ज्योति का स्मरण करो, उस प्रकाश को अपने शीर्ष में प्रवेश करो।

अनेकों बार मन ही मन में ओम् को बोलो, उसकी ऊर्जा को अपने चारों ओर फैलने दो। ओम् का मन में गुंजन – गान करो।

ओम् की तरंगें आकाश द्वारा विश्व में फैलेंगी, वे उन लोगों के मन में एक स्वर्णिम किरण अवश्य प्रदान करेंगी।

कभी न कभी एक मेरी ज्योति की किरण उस मनुष्य को मेरे पास आने की प्रेरणा अवश्य देगी। उसे ध्यान करने की इच्छा होगी।

विश्व में अशान्ति अशान्त मन द्वारा है। मन संसार भोग में लिप्त है। जितनी संसारिक इच्छाएँ बढ़ेंगी, उतनी मन में अशान्ति होगी।

World Reformation – I,II,III – Amara Maharishi (Part 1)

Part A 

World reformation by the Rishis – A Yug Parivartan   

युग परिवर्तन 

“When this planet Earth was slowly made over more than two and a half crore years ago, vibrations were deeply embedded in each atom.  

Vibrations of unrest or agitation were unknown during the formation of the Earth because only peace was prevalent in all particles, the whole Cosmos was silent. 

The Universe had vibrations of only one sound, that was the first sound – Om; this sound was manifested to heal and give peace in case any vibration of agitation was initiated. 

Recovery from any aberration from the original state of unprecedented peace and silence in the Universe in our Soul is attained when we do meditation. 

The Rishis who are immortal and are meditating since eternity, emit rays of very profound peace, these rays reach the people and the Universe – world reformation must take place in this manner by meditation. 

Part B 

The world is in a poor state of spiritual consciousness- avivek   

अविवेक  

The world is at present undergoing a cataclysmic change for the betterment of the environment and people, there will be rapid changes, you must adapt. 

These changes take place with the wish of God because a future world with order and peace must be made, the current world is a manifestation of malign thoughts. 

Until the old structure is broken and brought down, a new building cannot be built and manifest; in the wish of God are hidden countless blessings, we must abide and say yes to Him. 

For a long time, when people satiate their hunger of indulgence and revelry, the atmosphere, the akash, and the environment, the prakriti both become duly contaminated. 

It is a result of people’s ignorance of the wisdom hidden in our Soul, if we excessively indulge in worldly things and pursuits, the ignorance in man becomes almost permanent and indelible. 

Part C 

The thoughts of people are malign, they arise from long, unfulfilled vasanas and desired Avidya  

अविद्या  

When too much focus is laid on comfort, ease and indulgence by a man, he begins to drown himself in an abyss of delusion; what is unnecessary or optional becomes mandatory for him. 

Indulgence leads to self-centredness and later selfishness; we must never indulge in anything in excess, when the desires become permanent and long-lasting no one can tell. 

Self- centredness further gives ample time to delve on thriving desires and vasanas, we must pre-occupy our mind by creative and constructive activities including philanthropy. 

The more we become egocentric and self-centred, the more we cut our ties with our relations and humanity, we can never harbour kindness, love, empathy or nobility if our desires are everlasting.  

The world consciousness is very low due to the above said reasons; people are afraid, lonely and even unsure of their future, if we learn to meditate even for ten minutes daily, our desires will leave us, and we shall be secure and steady. 

Part D 

The role of the Rishis in the world -Suvichar  

सुविचार  

The Rishis watch over the world and its developments silently, they have been assigned the task of bringing back order, harmony and stability, they ensure the Earth must not perish. 

The malignant, selfish, violent and greedy thoughts collectively create dark holes or clouds of dark energies in different parts of the Universe or over the periphery of the planet Earth. 

They in turn emit derogatory, debilitating, or despondent vibrations on the vegetations, oceans, minds and health of people and they even pollute water by changing the constitution of their atoms. 

Due to that, the vibrations in the holy person like you, my child, an aberration is caused in the energy field, and the body reacts adversely to them, you recover by recalling Om silently and meditating for a long time. 

The pure intention of the Holy Rishis is to purify the atmosphere by meditating for a long time to reinstall the contaminated atmosphere with divine sound of Om. 

Part E 

Your role and contribution as a silent world leader in world reformation – Sulakshana   

सुलक्षणा   

Your innate nature of peace, love and kindness including forgiveness since your first incarnation until today has entitled you for the perfect role, that of a silent world leader. 

You have loved and forgiven even errant and egoistic people who are in your contact or who seek help in emergency; they came to you with a sinister design in mind, yet you forgave and have forgotten their misdeeds done to you. 

This is because your nature is constituted of compassion and deep understanding of why a human errs; you always try to be kind to them so that they soon change and reform, 5% success rate is your triumph in this endeavour. 

God has assigned you this special role even if you are always seeking us to allow you to be in the background; your deep connect with your Soul, God and Holy Gurus is what you cherish the most, you prefer to meditate than showcase your work. 

The radiation of a selfless, kind and emphatic human being like you whose desire is only to spread awareness about the Holy Rishis in the world is far more powerful and impactful than any other human being – the reformation of the world is a possibility today. 

World Reformation – II  

Part A 

Unknown benefits of meditation – Dhyana, Samadhi   

ध्यान व समाधि 

Meditation is compulsory to practice lifelong in all lives to know Parmeshwar and to retain the memory of God realisation for aforesaid two objectives, you must always remember. 

Meditation is a bridge to connect the mind of an individual to the Supreme Consciousness of the Universal one God or Parmatma; the infinite powers of the Supreme lie undiscovered by people. 

With depth of meditation, the bridge or passage to Eternity can be crossed and the mind of an individual merges with the Infinite; inimitable, indescribable, and unquestionable peace is achieved by the power of meditation. 

This defined peace is what existed when God just created the Earth, and it existed as the Earth was being formed in two and half crores years; one can only achieve this feat if you have donated punyas worth ninety-four crores for the reformation of this world. 

Such a quality of peace can wash the sins of sixty-four thousand people in minutes of just two and a half: you are writing this post with indescribable peace of mind on fifteenth February, two thousand and twenty-four at fifty-eight minutes past seven am after meditation of an hour. 

Part B 

Spiritual practice must continue lifelong – Athak Purushartha   

अथक पुरुषार्थ 

Spiritual practices give us the power to know the hidden secrets of the sublime world; the practitioner must be properly prepared by the Master and the disciple must allow the Master to mentor and guide. 

Continuous supply of divine energies in the form of prana shakti is supplied to the shishya by the Guru or Master, the disciple must retain a positive and patient attitude always; the depleted energies will be replenished with time.  

Incessant hard work on oneself and reformation of one’s body, mind and Soul should be done continuously as the world is constantly changing because of the collective consciousness of the people in the world.  

Those who contain deflection and refrain themselves from falling into an abyss of delusion by continuing their spiritual practices with sincerity, they will sustain the long path undertaken for world reformation.  

I have chosen you and some of your disciples in my pursuit with the blessings of my Divine Father, Sage Vishwamitra to reform the world to fulfil the wish of Parmatma – this planet Earth must be green and very peaceful.  

Part C 

The subtle life forces or sukshma prana must be harnessed by reinforcing regenerative positive thoughts – Prana shakti, sankalpa shakti   

प्राण शक्ति, संकल्प शक्ति 

When we were born, we came with an enormous collection of gross and subtle energy in the form of physical, mental, and emotional energy; only a few are born with spiritual energy.  

The spiritual energy lies intact inside our Soul and in the form of very positive, noble, and regenerative thoughts and wishes waiting to be harnessed with meditation and incessant effort and work.  

Our thoughts contain energy of a very subtle kind if we meditate for a prolonged period; the positive thoughts of welfare of the world in particular carry maximum subtle life force or sukshma prana shakti. 

When the noble, philanthropic desire is enabled to materialise by incessant practice of spiritual and divine acts by any person with the wish of God, a large pool of subtle life force is generated inside a noble person. 

The subtle, soft energy flows in very thin life force channels or nadi which must be maintained and cared for with intermittent rest, right food, sleep and meditation – an unprecedented worldwide mission will be accomplished. 

Part D 

Repeated actions of ignorance, avidya performed in ninety-four lives by people produce permanent dark holes of negative energy in the ether; the Rishis dispel them  ध्यान शक्ति 

Spiritual ignorance is lingering, it can last indefinitely, you must all know; one must address it as soon as possible because it is not only infectious but malignant too; break the cyclic pattern of repetitive ignorance. 

When a group or big cluster or large community collectively do harmful deeds in the world because of their repetitive cyclic patterns of spiritual ignorance, their harmful vibrations begin to collect in a space over the Earth. 

The air, water, food, crops and general health of a place deteriorate drastically impacting the population adversely; the immunity of all the living beings becomes low and the prana shakti of a place depletes. 

The Rishis are forever keeping an eye on the formation of such dark holes since its birth or inception; a very vicious thought and correspondingly an action supplementing that thought starts the formation of the dark force.  

When the dark hole becomes unusually large and decisive, the Rishis meditate collectively in the early hours of the morning and burst the collection of the dark forces; this is the power of meditation of the Rishis.  

Part E 

Your role as a silent World Teacher with the power of your positive thoughts and actions – sankalpa shakti, kriya shakti  

संकल्प शक्ति, क्रिया शक्ति 

When you were small from the age of three, you thought differently; you wished to ascribe your days to constructive and interesting activities; you even did tasks at home meant for children above the age eleven or more.  

Your exceptional hidden qualities went unnoticed because the piercing eyes of a qualified person are mandatory to find and hunt exceptional subtle life force in activities of exceptional people around them.  

Your resilience is extraordinary, the quality of thoughts outstanding since inception, you were born with a very large pool of spiritual energies intact in your Soul; Serendipity is the best and suitable word I have chosen for you.  

We, the Rishis, were absolutely delighted at your birth since we knew nobody, not even the nearest relatives would ever recognize your worth because you are such a humble and noble soul; we are honoured to have you in our constellation of enlightened Souls.  

You are today the world’s torch bearer; you have lit the world with the dazzling light of illumination of the ancient Seers of yore; we love to sing the glory of Parmatma through you; you love to speak about us to whoever is receptive – our mission of Yug Parivartan is being accomplished by you.  

World Reformation-III 

Why have you been chosen to propagate a new wave of silent revolution by us?   

सुगम क्रांति 

Since aeons, Paramatma has been waiting to revolutionize the collective consciousness of the world because it was already known that a time in Earth’s evolution will arrive when the environment will be dismissed and destroyed fully. 

It happens during a phase when the moral and spiritual values of humanity are totally down and decimated to zero; the minds of people are brazenly indulgent in prohibited karmas; such collective minds dissipate the life force of plants around them.  

Conversely, dhyana and samadhi increase the flow of prana in the vegetation around the yogi by being instrumental in prana’s flow towards vegetation, the foliage is responsive to the positive vibrations of dhyana and samadhi; the oxygen amount inside the vegetation increases.  

The power of your meditation has been increasing day by day, you have practiced this spiritual activity in many births before; the depth and duration of samadhi has multiplied many times; meditation is your medicine, it is your relief from all worldly suffering.  

The vibrations of peace of your meditations reach very far, up to 394 kms over your house; the suffering dead souls reach out to you to convey their thanks; their souls are getting redemption with your power of meditation. 

Part B  

What are spiritual energies? Where are they located? How to harness them?   

                                                      दिव्य शत्क्तियाँ

You have asked me today what are spiritual energies and what were yours in your childhood? How did these spiritual energies contribute to your spiritual spurt and growth incessantly? How to preserve such rare energies in humans?  

It has taken you more than a decade to accept that you have been extremely outstanding and exceptional in your spiritual journey; it is today on 15th Feb ’24 at ten minutes past one that you have fully acknowledged to me that indeed you have been extraordinary since the beginning.  

Humility, forbearance, resilience, contentment, courage and deep compassion towards friends and needy people were exceptional qualities overlooked by your near and dear ones; forgiveness, love and peace were never recognized by any one of them.  

Your insatiable desire to learn endlessly and practice whatever achieved all have gone unnoticed by the ignorant; your remarkable memory and sublime observation of body language was known only to the Rishis.  

These spiritual energies are earned by sincerity and concentration in performing actions, they are also punya or virtues because the goal to be achieved is selfless; these energies are in the middle and lowest areas of the manas, mind; they are procured with spiritual practices alone. 

Part C 

What is the future of India or Bharat and Sanatan Dharma in context of its success and longevity?   

भारत, सनातन धर्म      

The future of Sanatan Dharma born in Bharat more than one crore years ago is safe and secure; no shakti or power can demolish it or wipe it out slowly because its roots are like a Banyan Tree; Sanatan Dharma has always been immortal. 

 This phase is an aberration due to only once Vishesh Kaliyuga in all Earth cycles because of the morbid world consciousness; however, this temporary reversal cycle of degeneration is being turned around by many Light workers, the Rishis.

It will take no more than nine thousand years to bring about a total change in environment and the world population; after five hundred and thirty-two years, the planet will start having more trees than humans, the vibrations of the people of the world will change.  

Yug parivartan, the wheeling of the era of deception, greed and ignorance will decline, and regeneration of virtues will pick up after two hundred and ninety-four years; note that today’s interim period of strife, violence and conflict are untold.

After every war there is peace, after every drought rainfall, after destruction construction is inevitable; thereafter the environment due to its resilience power regenerates by itself because of the unknown hidden powers of the Omnipresent.
 

Part D 

The Rishis are the oldest of all in following the Path of peace, truth, love and compassion. It was then known as Jyoti Marg, the Path of Light. Sanatan Dharma has been carved out of pure Jyoti Marg to cater to the masses – it is here to stay forever  

ज्योति मार्ग, सनातन धर्म 

 The ancient Rishis are the oldest human beings to have God realisation after the Earth was formed slowly over a period of years more than two and a half crore; it was next to impossible to realise God because the geographical conditions were extreme.  

In solitary existence and minimum outside help, they meditated in deep forests amongst wild animals and excessive rain and snow; their spiritual progress was very slow because of short span of each life; yet they continued their search and quest.  

They only meditated amongst the richest forests and diverse flora and fauna and continued their penance as peace and silence, shanti and maun; all their inner strength stemmed from their power of altruistic thoughts and past good deeds.

However, with passage of time, forests dwindled, and population increased; when this phenomenon occurred, the systems and previous simple method of God realisation had to be made a bit more demonstrative; a few rituals and formal practice were added to make a direct connect between the worshipper and the worshipped.

Nonetheless, Sanatan Dharma will purify your body, mind and Soul, it will finally take you to the path of meditation, dhyana, samadhi and shanti and maun; the union of jeevatma and Atma takes place and they are united once and for all – what is everlasting and eternal is duly recognized by their Union.”

News Update – Book Launch – Wisdom must be gained to eradicate ignorance 3 of 7 Adi Shankaracharya on 20th March 25 evening.

About this book 3 of 7

The 3rd book in the series in an intensive and extensive coverage of many topics starting with –

Resilience of mind and body – It is a poem written by the Author from one of her lives associated with Adi Shankaracharya.

It has a Prelude and 5 Chapters as follows –

Prelude –  Maheshwar – Saturated with dense vibrations of Om. The attempt to make it a holy city by the Rishis more than 85,00,000 (85 lakh) years ago fails due to geographical and environmental reasons. The focus shifts to Kashi.

Chapter 1 – Kashi – the holiest place in the world. The sankalpa of making Kashi a holy city emerges out of the pure mind of Markandey Maharishi more than 52,00,000 (52 lakh) years ago. Parmatma accepts his plea but with a condition. All the scriptures which the Rishis would write in future will be destroyed in the pursuit of them never having an ego! He accepts it with humility.

Chapter 2 –  Sambhal – Sanctified by three Rishis very early to make it a holy place.

Chapter 3 – Nalanda – The past of a great Civilization founded on the penance of Adi Shankaracharya

My books will always have a few or more poems. They are a good way to take a halt to think or recall with verses as dense capsules of wisdom. These books have many such poems on Wisdom and this particular book also speaks a lot about resilience.

From the book’s first poem – Resilience of mind and body  

Why must we eradicate our ignorance to gain wisdom you wanted to know – people are foolish, they continue to suffer in pain and misery but never want to make efforts to remove the cause of their ignorance – their unwillingness to learn and change.  

They go on living in that painful and dormant state and believe that they will find happiness in the worldly affairs and ever-changing turbulent world – they come and go and keep their eyes and mind closed every time, their sleep never goes.  

We must let them do whatever they wish to do, we continue doing prudently what has been said vehemently by the Sages Wise – what you sow you shall reap; therefore, we continue to gain wisdom to free us from all the worldly sufferings.  

What nobody has, we get – a brilliant mind, a permanent healthy body and a shining illuminated Spirit! Others sag, fail and degenerate; noble souls receive finest blessings such as wisdom and permanent freedom from spiritual ignorance.”   

The theme of this book –

This book is about raising the consciousness of man. The evolution is made easy by the hiding Rishis of yore in the astral skies. They play a very pivotal role in guiding us in our Soul Journey by their mental powers and rescue us if asked. They inspire us by planting divine thoughts in us.

About my Soul journey 

 Being their first time

A Discourse or Satsanga was organized in Mumbai on 18th April Friday at a very short notice because some people whom I have known for many years were interested in knowing which Path I follow? Why and how I took such a sharp U-turn and intensified my sadhana? How I found this Path called Jyoti Marg practiced by the very ancient Rishis? Who are the Rishis? How and when they realized Parmatma? What is meditation? What is the method of meditation?

I have answered many questions in the long duration of my discourse.  I tried to satisfy all their queries. Since there were more than ten new people who heard me for the first time, I tried to make my talk very simple and easy to understand. I gave them the following post to read before they came on 18th morning.

Between Sept 2024 to 18th April 2025 there was a lot of travelling and meeting new people in homes and holy sites and places of worship of Bharat. Interspersed with these many activities under the banner of Jyoti Marg, the completion of Bk 3 of 7 took place.

The other videos will be of my many discourses given in private gatherings to my disciples in hotel rooms in Udupi in Dec 2024 or Sri Sailam in October 2024 or a talk or essay given in Kashi or Gaya specifically to explain some portions of my new book just launched – Wisdom must be gained to eradicate ignorance 3 of 7 Adi Shankaracharya. Truth is hidden in the Wish of God

Kashyap Maharishi to me on 14-06-24 at Brahma muhurat

“97,32,000 (Ninety-seven lakh thirty-two thousand) years ago, God made me very quiet and said, “What is the purpose of speaking when you are living only by My Wish? People use words to transact unproductive activities. I want you to avail yourself of your speech at the minimal level. Instead, you must meditate more and remain in that peaceful state if you wish. In that state, I will reveal to you all My hidden facts, more so about My wisdom and nature. You are a very pure Soul. Stay away, be very far away from the Earth, reside in the farthest atmosphere where you cannot hear the thoughts of people of the world. Nothing is worth knowing from the worldly people. They incarnate and reincarnate purposelessly infinite times and never come to Me.” 

“After approximately 98,00,000 (Ninety-eight lakh) years, the world will undergo a cataclysmic change in the fields of  environment, morality and spiritual development. People will never be able to raise their consciousness due to pollution of the air. The thoughts of the people at that time will be so polluted, degraded and derogatory, that it will be hard to find one person who will be able to turn his mind inward and become quiet. It is at that time that the tapas you will be doing henceforth, will be utilized and it will be during Vishesh Kaliyug. Your silence and peace of mind will give many people a sense of awareness and they will start practicing the age-old sadhana of maun and shanti.”

I generously give my help as peace to people who seek me –

“The vibrations coming out of your peace and silence will impact the minds of the people immensely, but they will not know its source. The gentle feeling of tranquility will be absolutely soothing to the heart and mind. Due to this silent action, they will feel compelled to meditate and be quiet for a few minutes. Or else the disturbing thoughts which are floating around them will deter their efforts to turn their mind inwards. Such will be the force of disturbance and disruption of the collective, degraded thoughts of people which will disallow calmness to settle inside the practitioner.”

“The place of my permanent abode is very far off from the centre of the Earth. There is no sound of anyone’s disharmonious and pulsating thoughts of worldly nature. In that state, I can foresee with my divine eye what is going on inside a multitude of people. I reach out to those who are trying hard to sit daily for their meditation practice. I assist them without them ever knowing me or the source of the gentle rays soothing them and comforting their nerves.

I send them my mental power to make sure their meditation is more strong and powerful. Peace floats towards them and they can meditate longer. It is during this state, they come to know about the wish of God which comes to them as inspiration, aspiration, ideas and passion to do something which they have not undertaken before. I ensure they do not give up that inspiration and pursue it until the Wish of God is manifested and the aim fulfilled. When you wish to start a new project or mission which you have chosen for welfare of the society, family or world, seek me. I will ensure that you do not give up your calm mind’s steady state. With my blessing given, you shall continue to stay in an equanimity state and will not get agitated or disturbed. You shall be able to meditate even in the most disturbing circumstances. The more agitated your outer environment becomes, the quieter you must become. Never relinquish your inner state of calmness. Seek my blessings and make your mind perfect by meditation. I shall always be there to remove those volatile forces erupting from the minds of aggressors and sinners which you have absorbed unknowingly.”

Most people are in darkness and underdeveloped in body and mind –

“This world has maximum people who are very poor in mental and physical capabilities. They are yet to develop and improve their spiritual powers which are necessary to lead a full and glorious life. Not much attention is given to the overall development of many faculties of a human being. God has made us perfect like Him. Unfortunately, we have degraded our lives by first degrading our thoughts, then actions and later our lives. Our thoughts matter the most. If you have not yet developed a pool of very positive and inspiring thoughts, life can never pick up. Every action first originates from the seed of the thought which is in the mind.

People disregard the importance of inculcating bright, strong and constructive thoughts. The mind must be developed in childhood only. Children understand if we train them to converse well. The power of speech, communication and selection of words and thoughts is brutally missing today. As adults, these people suffer because they cannot lead others and give prosperous and constructive ideas for society to progress for everyone’s good.”

Part B

My previous lives as a Yogi

“I was born the first time to a milkmaid in the 1st Earth in Southern Odisha in Koraput in a Santhal’s family. There were countless trees and vast forests at that time. My village was  lush green and rivers had abundant water. Not a single man felt the urge to hoard more than his needs because the community stood by each other at every difficulty or problem. A sense of unity prevailed and people always gave their co-operation if there were problems of scarcity of food, water, or if they were in trouble due to sickness or natural calamity like floods, fire or snake bites etc. Problems were addressed under a Banyan tree and the head of the village gave a fair judgment because he was a part of the community. He always considered other people’s problems as his own. People therefore trusted each other and gave their best efforts to maintain harmony and peace in the village.

Early in the Soul Journey I had decided to keep my peace of mind intact by remaining quiet most of the time. I always wanted to sip the nectar of tranquillity from the Ocean of peace. It was my permanent nature by now.”

My first glorious childhood in today’s Odisha –

“My mother was a very intelligent and awakened woman who learned thoroughly from each experience she encountered all her life. Nothing went by without her picking up some lesson with each significant or insignificant life experience. Even from mundane or casual incidents, she picked up a life lesson or some awareness. She was very observant and noticed everything around her. She passed on this quality to me. I was made sensitive and observant to the world that I lived in. I participated in every activity and event of the community.

Nonetheless, she told me to listen very carefully to people and speak wisely with only a few words. That had an impression on the people and they took my suggestions well in the future when I led them. They accepted my views without any resistance or contempt.

Slowly, my speech became shorter, and I had more time to contemplate on higher realities by sitting in nature and meditating in solitude. For hours, I would sit on the river bank to hear the sound of Om and pray to God to make this world very peaceful to live in.”

In my 69th life, I turned completely introverted because I had a huge collection of shubh karmas

“For 69 lives, I did tremendous selfless work for the community I lived in and Parmatma changed the course of my destiny inversely. He asked me to become a yogi and leave all the work dedicated to the community as I had done enough. For I was faithful in my service to the people I lived with in the village and had kept an equitable attitude in success and failure, I was elevated.

My mind had gained perfect equanimity. My yoga became perfect in the shortest time. I was happy being a loner even though I had led a very busy life until now serving the people as a Sarpanch or the head of the village. I relinquished everything because that was the Wish of God. I surrendered myself wholly and never looked back. My Yoga had become perfect, equilibrium perfect and I gained a perfect state of mind. It was at this juncture that I decided to pursue only Yoga with God and pursue sadhana that God decided for me.”

Part C

My role in the world today as an anonymous Sage and spread peace where there is excess adharma

“I have lived a few times in Kashmir, Haridwar, Rishikesh and even Telangana. My intense and most difficult tapasya was in Kashmir because it was extremely cold and life was impossible. I have meditated for many years and perfected the ability to know the positive impact of Om on the human mind, people, world and world consciousness.

A sadhana you can do

If you know of somebody who is a miscreant, an offender or even a sinner, if you chant Om many times and remember him or her, the deposit of that person’s energies inherent in the atmosphere or akash will be either depleted or erased completely. I do that many times to reduce the intensity of their misgivings. Om has the power to wash off the sins of the unholy people. The gravity of their misgivings is so much that if all their bad intentions were to materialize sooner or later, there is no place for the pious people to live peacefully in this world. For their profit and happiness, they go to any unrealistic length to fulfill their intentions and objectives.

We all must make this world a peaceful and safe place and not do something that will further the unrest and agitation of the air that we breathe in. We inhale the air and the floating thoughts of the people. Our meditation must be so powerful that the miscreants must not succeed. Their goal must be stopped from materializing. It is possible with the positive power of our mind and meditation with invocation to God to curtail, stop or hamper their ill intentions.”

Your role in this chaotic and unrestful world during the cataclysmic change 

“Your role in today’s world is nothing short of a herculean task. You are given the task of documentation of our lives at a racing speed. We, the very ancient Rishis, the world does not know are today being disclosed at a swift speed so that inspiration can be drawn by people because our lives were sterling. Despite very ordinary circumstances that we were born into, with simplicity always surrounding us, we led very glorious and selfless lives with acute enlightenment and wisdom. Unfortunately, it is lacking in today’s world. People are ordinary, their mind and body ordinary and Spirit untouched and unexplored. Yet they want recognition and praise, they wish to flourish and assert their identity and want a name in the world.  Shallow minds, shallow lives are a result of shallow thoughts.”

Atma Utthan – Regeneration of our Soul

“You must promise us that the disciples that come to you are improving their mind and body so that they may awaken their glorious Atma. If the body and mind are well rounded, Atma is aroused and known effortlessly. You are the best example for them to see. You have done exemplary work in your field and shall continue to do so in the future. You practice what you preach. They must follow your footsteps. In future, your work and influence shall expand and many more people will be positively impacted thus bringing about a silent revolution. As their thoughts improve slowly, the atmosphere also will become cleaner and lighter.

Teach them to meditate and know their Atma. Truth is known in Atma.”

Surrender to His Will to know the Eternal Truth 

“There is a great power embedded in positive and prosperous thoughts. In any crisis and problem meditate intensely. You will receive a solution to your problem. Remain quiet until you know the truth.

When God wishes something for us or the world, there is no power which will be able to stop its manifestation some day. After surrendering to His wish, you will be able to discover the blessings that were waiting to be given to you.

You will know the Truth that Parmatma was waiting to bestow upon you. That is only possible if you do not obstruct his Path with your own wish. The wish of God is very far reaching. A shallow mind will not be able to conceive the big notions and wisdom ingrained in its deliverance. Hence it is advised that one must speak less and remain in a peaceful and calm state of mind and continue fulfilling what Parmatma wishes for the people and the world for its progress and development. If you are chosen to deliver His wish to the world, every help and blessing shall be bestowed upon you for its fulfillment and manifestation. Little by little, every obstruction shall be removed. Remain calm in every situation and meditate when you encounter a difficulty. Gather positive energies and invoke the Rishis. The adverse situation will turn favourable and easy to tackle.”

The role of Rishis in today’s world 

“Each Rishi has been given a role to play to maintain harmony and peace in the world. Some of us have a robust role of fighting the evil and mischief mongers while I have been given a placid role of only meditating and helping yogis and striving morally upright people who fight for truth. I meditate timelessly to increase my power of meditation which is from time and again generously given to the people or the world to bring about a prominent modification in their consciousness to uphold truth in different parts of the globe in many communities. But all this is so subtle and quiet that it goes unnoticed.

Therefore, I ask you to meditate.  I am best able to extend my help to you in meditation and solitude. You will be empowered with fresh and powerful thoughts as your solution and empowerment of Atma. Adopt them fully. For me words are noise.”

Atma shanti – Peace in the Soul

“Hence surrender to Parmatma and receive shanti as His blessing. Rest of the task will be done by my power of meditation. I am most active at Brahma muhurat. Meditate early in the morning.

Chiranjeevi bhav putri,

Om.”

# Mana Shakti – I researched my mind and found that it has the most magical powers; I wished to use it only for re-establishing Dharma and Nyaya, righteousness and justice. 

# Yoga Shakti – is attained only with Dhyana, dhyana removes bhram or delusion if we maintain purity of thoughts. 

# Karma Shakti – karma means purushartha; nobody is permitted to have tamas, indolence today at this juncture of silent revolution called Sugam Kranti; become a karma yogi 

Mana Shakti  

Guru Gorakhnath – “I researched my mind and found that it has the most magical powers. I wished to use it only for re-establishing Dharma and Nyaya, righteousness and justice. 

About your mana shakti and childhood association with the yogis gone undocumented and unknown 

When you were five years old. one day you saw a Swamiji. He was Swami Vivekananda in your dreams. Next day while playing with your childhood friends, you saw Swamiji again in his astral body standing near a tree where you would play hide and seek. This was only possible because your intuitive faculties were highly developed. They were more so in your previous incarnation in Rajasthan when you have meditated and was in isolation for more than six and half years after which you died.  

Detachment and understanding the flow of time. 

You observed the time flowing seamlessly – we cannot hold it. 

Your last thoughts throughout those six and a half years in your last life were observing how time flows like water in between our fingers if we try to hold it. Whatever was new today becomes old and out of use very soon; what seemed so important and most necessary became invalid with passing days. The body was observed undergoing changes continuously and was not considered worthwhile to be proud of. It was because it was never the same. So why be attached to it or be proud of youth and vitality?  

You have observed categorically that childhood and youth both were slowly passing by as time slipped away moment by moment. You have tried to watch the flow of time many, many times and have also gone several times in the past to recall how things were once upon a time and how things are today; they were not the same anymore. Everything keeps changing all the time. You also envisioned what your future would be by observing the present circumstances. Based on them, you were trying to anticipate the days that will be in the upcoming years.  

Therefore, you were always able to give up your position, authority and even wealth even before they were demanded or were to be taken away from you. You knew then that one day everything must be relinquished because our belongings in this world are with us for a short period of time. It has happened to the generations before us and will happen to generations which will come after us. Therefore, detachment and understanding the flow of time gave you a perfect grasp of the allotted time in the remaining life. Accordingly, you devoted more time for your spiritual upliftment and preferred seeking and being in contact with God in your meditations. It continues now too. That is why all your projects will be on or before time as you know how to measure time and observe its flow as the day progresses. 

This ability which is special is mana shakti because the mana becomes free of any worldly attachment. The power in detachment is utilized for going deeper inside the depths of the mind for longer blissful hours.”                           

Yoga shakti  

“How to increase our Yoga Shakti?”

Guru Gorakhnath – “There are many people who start their journey of Spiritual awakening by worshipping Shakti in some form, more so as a source of empowering themselves with special forces. But they get misled, or they lose their path. So, they hide and overcome their weaknesses and shortcomings. Due to their myopic vision, they even criticize, demean others or feel jealous as well.  

Thoughts are energy 

When they do this, there is a dark layer over their crown chakra. When this layer becomes darker, their thoughts are about to manifest. Nobody can see this phenomenon except the Yogi who has mastered the mind and during their meditation sees the dark bubble bursting. Thoughts are energy. The violent thoughts of people have a face, I can see the formation, shape, size and face of the thoughts of people.  

My job is to see all the time the protected yogis are cautioned and alerted when such an event is to be initiated by the ill willed people around them. I immediately start the process of finding a way in which the truth will manifest by some unexpected or even bizarre events. Through the turnaround of events with my thought transference, I reveal the hidden truth of the ill-intentioned person’s mind. In this way, the tapasvi and yogi are saved from a painful experience, damage to their reputation, illness or defamation caused to them unfairly. Out of jealousy, so many bad deeds are performed by people to damage the reputation of yogis and tapasvis. Their happiness is robbed, and their mind assaulted by their offensive nature of harsh and bitter words. When this happens, the sweet and sensitive mind of the accomplished yogi is injured, and abrasions form in the delicate lining of prana. Consequently, they are prone to mental afflictions. Their peace is thus at stake.  

I have done this many times for you without you ever knowing that my vigilant eyes are always on the lookout for your foes and opponents about whom you are totally ignorant. Due to my intervention, they soon become weak in their attempts. A film of delusion is created in their mind to dissuade them from focusing on you. You are then freed from such harmful mental assaults from evil people whose joy is in only feeding their ego and long sustained vasanas. No matter how loving and kind you are to them, they cannot change their bad nature because of their very old, deposited bad thoughts of jealousy, greed for money and belongings and ego. They have sunken thoughts of plotting for years for disuniting families, friends, social or spiritual groups, disciples and Guru or even family ties. They do that as they wish to control people, they want to dominate others to enable their ego to surge into glory even though they have very low competence and qualification. 

But you must also know that God has a unique way to disempower such crafty people if they continue to spread their ill nature wherever they go.

When God wills, the good souls are sent immediate help to rescue them as they are innocent and gentle and are always helping others, diligently doing their meditation and offering their services to the people of the society as well. 

However, there comes a time when excess is done, the evil people’s thoughts stop manifesting when they use up much of their powers of destruction on God loving people. 

My advice – when you are under such circumstances, meditate and bring down peace in the deepest regions of your mind. You will get back your strength to will, act and do. Your mind will be filled with a lot of prana because of which you shall again be happy and energetic while the opponent will stop connecting with you with her or his bad intentions.” 

Me – “How to increase the power of our Yoga?” 

Guru Gorakhnath – “There are two types of evil people in the world. 

First are the violent people and second those who lie a lot. The latter cannot be found out because they build a castle of lies around them to confuse their victims. They cast a bubble of delusion in the mind of people. They delude them by showing very good behaviour and speaking soothing words to impress unassuming people. However, that is all a fabrication of total lies because they divert your mind by speaking about so many make-believe stories that simple people believe them. The initial trust being already won, the liars then begin their treachery slowly and stealthily. Initially, the good behavior impresses everyone because the actions performed are very holistic and sugar coated. The hidden intention to rob, cheat or defeat others is unknown, and the cheats never say anything that would ever give even a faint idea about the real intention of looting, cheating or robbing either money, wealth or spiritual knowledge.  

But slowly, evil designs begin to show up in their behaviour, actions and dealings. They are caught, and all the lies disclosed. Sometimes it is too late for them, and they are thus punished when the world sees them as cons, frauds, bullies, traitors, leaders, sinners or just perpetrators. Everything about them is finally exposed at some time, no matter how late it gets. Nobody can escape the judgement of God. Truth always prevails.” 

Karma Shakti – become a karma yogi 

To get a darshan of Matang Rishi is rarest of rare 

Guru Gorakhnath – “You have got a rare darshan of Matang Rishi after coming from Hampi on 31st March 2024. With his param kripa, you have cleaned all the remaining sunken memories of the first few woeful lives and sorrows of this life. They have been reverberating for too long because of which you had breaks in uninterrupted peace and bliss. With little nudging or arousal of sentiments, you were reliving those traumatic vibrations in your manas. Matang Rishi has given you the blessings for their removal forever because you are worshipping the Rishis and not goddesses and gods, devi or devta. People always ask for some wish to be fulfilled but you are never asking us to grant you any boon, remove difficulties or restore your physical and mental dysfunctions. You need comfort and support for nonstop work of writing, meditating, teaching and absorbing so much fresh knowledge for distribution and documentation. Relentless work has been going on by the Rishis for the past many years to finish all the above tasks at the right time or maybe earlier than the deadline. Most of the time, your submissions have been  before time. 

Matang Rishi wishes that there must be no loss of prana, not even a fraction of it from the reserve in the heart and brain. Therefore, he has dissolved all the memories from the mind and your brain permanently while you were sleeping on 25th April 24 night.  

No one has ever got so much wealth of spiritual knowledge in one life except you. The purpose of your current incarnation is to document our lives. You will be very capable in handling all types of spiritual energies by the grace of God for this mission.

From 27th April ’24, a new tide has started in your life. For the past 21 years and 9 months, you were forever attacked by the evil forces who were clamping your spiritual strides. On 27th April night at 10:32 pm, all the effects are over. Energies crushed completely by none other than my Param Guru Parshuram from his place of great penance in Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Gujarat. He is very, very reclusive because he wishes to work day and night for stopping extreme destructive forces before they cut down the spiritual energies of the yogis and bhakts of Bhagwan wherever they are even if they do not know about Parshuram. 

Henceforth, there are no hindrances in your work. It is flourishing day-by-day, no one will be able to derive sadistic pleasure in curtailing your spiritual energies to create a setback for you. All the different types of divine energies coming from time to time for a specific purpose will now be working in their full force. Hence, your work will be speeded up exponentially and you will have the ability to do more of it in less time. This will continue till the last day of your life. 

I am aware that on 30th April, in morning meditation, you reached Hampi via astral travel and prayed on the samadhi of Matang Rishi. Your prayers have the power of manifestation. There will be another holy city like Kishkindha after 6,500 years in the same place. It will be a teerth kshetram. There will be no wily and destructive minded people by that time because people’s consciousness will be largely purified. The air will be purified of bad seeds of thoughts of people because Hampi was a civilization made on the site of Kishkinda of Ramayan time. It is the second time a great civilization was made in the same place. Prior to then Kishkindha, it was the birthplace of Matang Rishi. Since he did intense tapasya in the forests of Kishkindha more than 12,000 years before Ramayana time, the place was a rich and diverse ecosystem with so much greenery and peace everywhere. 

However, by Ramayana time, some people began to have egocentric thoughts hence the atmosphere was depleted of thoughts of Dharma and Satya. It is the wish of Matang Rishi that the atmosphere be cleansed as soon as possible. Your prayers on 30th April will add an impetus to it. When the new city and kingdom will be made 6,500 years later, Matang Rishi would like to reincarnate and make his Ashram again like before in Hampi. He will give herbs to his favourite disciples for a healthy and long life. He is an expert in the science of Kaya Kalpa. Incidentally, he too likes to work very silently like Parshuram. 

All Rishis have been waiting for more than 69,000 years for someone to tell the world about the unknown penance of the Rishis, more so about reclusive people like me, Matang, Parshuram, Amara and Shivananda. As a team, we are formidable in crushing the bad and deadly thoughts of evil people who out of their uncontrolled desires go on reincarnating and their lives are mayhem for them and the people at large. We keep them in control or else this Earth will perish faster than you can imagine.  

I ask you to distribute your knowledge freely to deserving and earnest people. To meek and indecisive, stay indifferent and keep unworthy at bay. For violent, selfish, and troublesome people never give them a moment of your life. They must be abhorred right away.”

Abundant Blessings bestowed on me by Guru Gorakhnath 

Me – “Param Pujya Swamiji, I have observed that in the last few days, I have been in control of the emergence of those saddening memories, as I would quickly brush them off even before they manifested fully. I tried to know what the source of the inflowing silent power was, who was aiding me to clear my deeply sunken memories on which I had virtually no control. They were emerging with their own inherent power of manifestation. I must inform you Swamiji that I have felt happy and light when they were dissolving.”  

Guru Gorakhnath –  “When the adverse people around you were attacking you by  throwing their mental weapons at night when you were asleep to subvert your spiritual powers for their victory against you, the negative vibrations of destruction of their intentions were touching your psyche where this traumatic memory was located. The negative frequency of vibrations of the bad people’s thoughts were of the same frequency as that of the inner most painful thoughts you had.

The people who gave you sorrow in the past had possessed the same thoughts as they were erupting uptil now. Their thoughts were clubbing, resonating and vibrating from their minds and with those embedded inside you by them deposited some years back. Old sad memories were awakened so many times because the intention of your perpetrator was always to give you sorrow because of their very deeply rooted jealousy towards you for the past more than one whole decade. Your suffering was their delight and joy.  

Nevertheless, you have neve pleaded with us to stop the their bad behaviour and loss of your honour  meted out by the same vicious people. Matang Rishi has restored your confidence, honour and mental wellness by removing all the memories from your unconscious mind permanently. In future, there will be no remnants of your past painful memories on which the adversary’s vibrations will act upon to cause you mental agony even for a short while.” 

Nyaya Dharma न्याय व धर्म   

“I, Parshuram Guru, Matang Rishi, Amara Maharishi and Swami Shivananda all work as a team to annihilate the ferocious attacks of thoughts of destruction by violent people for re-establishing Nyaya and Dharma – justice and righteousness for the virtuous people. If we do not do this task, the punyatamas and dharmatamas, the noble souls will suffer while the wicked will enjoy and rejoice after giving pain and trauma to good people in the world. The balance of dharma and nyaya cannot be disturbed for too long. As soon as we get an instruction from Parmatma to deliver justice, we begin our task immediately by thwarting the attempts of the liars and wicked people and exposing them. They may get temporary victory in the beginning, but the final victory is always of Satya and Dharma.” 

 Kaya Kalpa Shunya कायाकल्प व शून्य 

About vibrations –  

“My dear child, since you are so sensitive about vibrations, you must develop this faculty to the highest level now.  

On the night of 1st May 2024, when you fell into a very deep sleep, we monitored you. We mean – me and Matang Rishi. As your mind was totally silent, we watched you. Matang Rishi invited me to see what he was doing. In my presence, he transferred this knowledge and message inside your deepest level of memory. It can be translated as – 

Kaya Kalpa starts with first cleansing the sub-conscious and unconscious mind of all the painful memories of the past. The surface of the brain cells in which memory is recorded, and the manas which feels the pain must be totally absolved and clean. On the clean surface of both mind and brain, manas and mastiksha, you must meditate and transplant the first sound of God – Om. This will be your deepest level of consciousness.” 

Atma Shanti Atma Santushti आत्म शान्ति व आत्म संतुष्टी 

“If you have vibrations of Om in your navel, you have the deepest level of consciousness. It is the deepest level of shanti. It is called Atma Shanti. It is also a state of Atma santushti, because the perfect yogi has renounced all the wealth, riches of the world and has found Parmatma’s smriti and prem as the most precious possessions. Nothing in this whole world is worth it in comparison. There is no ripple or vibration in peace because it is perfect peace. Peace coming from God has only shunya. It has the deepest silence. 

Destroy all the pain and pangs of sorrow given by a few people associated with your present and past lives. Your tapas has burnt all the ash of those memories. You will now meditate at the deepest level of your mind. When there is not a single vibration of disturbance or agitation, meditation becomes extremely powerful and dynamic whose rays can be felt as far as 2000 plus kilometers in the sky above your house. The planet’s aura is now able to purify itself in a few seconds with this sacred act. People may find this fact surreal, but this is the power of tapasya. The power of vasana is decimated by us in a few seconds by our tapa bala, by the power of our austerities.  

The past is all gone. Not again should you think of any regret or yourself as less. You must increase the power of your tapa bal and now feel free to be a part of our team. Your meditative powers are very powerful, but you must increase your faculty of sensing vibrations further and greatly. Know people by their vibrations with your divine perceptions. You will never go wrong. Everything is happening with the Wish of God. And remember that God’s Will is also dispensed with destruction first; Construction follows!”
