Gazing at the Sun rising with abated breath is my cherished passion. I have seen the Sunrise many times in Pondicherry but capturing the whole great event with a camera lens was not possible due to some or the other hitch. In the past three years whether I went to Puri or Pondicherry or Kanya Kumari, all eastern parts of India where the Ocean provides us the whole horizon, due to bad weather, taking pictures of the complete ceremony was never possible. Every time there was something missing. If the weather was good, sometimes floating clouds would block the view as it happened in Kanya Kumari and the variety of colours and shades would get camouflaged..

Persistence pays. When I least expected, the best happened by God’s intervention. I could see the best Sunrise in the eastern part of India so far. It was a memorable day. It would not be an exaggeration if I say that Sunrise at Varanasi was the most spectacular Sunrise I ever saw so far in my life! What splendid moments! What a Rising it was!! Waves of warm energy arising and tingling in the body as the Sun erupted suddenly and then ascended so quickly in the sky!

We reached the Dashashwamedh ghat at dot 5.30 am with our cameras and an unbiased mind.

The sky and Ganga water were very calming, lovely pink and lavender every where. 

All eyes set on the semi circle, inverted pink halo over the land, so much energy emitted by the yet to show Solar body

After a wait of more than 10 or 15 minutes, we get to see a small dot of the Sun

When we brought our boat back to the ghat after seeing Sunrise from a point, another memorable spectacle…. Moon near an ancient temple. Sun was on east side and the Moon on the western side. Humbly prostrated to the two heavenly bodies made by God and an integral part of our very existence…..

Golden lights from several sources from the ghat falling on shaking and moving waters created magic, a very beautiful sight to see!

When we left the boat, we decided to take a short walk on the sprawling ghat. It was now warm and the sunshine recharged us.

Self Realization is an internal action to perform, externals not needed please!

Varanasi ghats are very, very active more so Dashashwamedha Ghat. Thousands of people doing their own thing uninterested in other person’s preoccupation. Nonetheless, there is something common amongst all. In some way or the other people do remember God, their own Gods in their own peculiar way.

No one knows since when these river banks have been active but for sure the Rig Vedas and other Vedas must have originated from here in search of Truth. Some rishis meditated enough, prayed enough until God reciprocated in the form of hyms.

Throughout all the madness in the sea of people, I was humming these lines  on the ghats which I heard in the television series Bharat Ek Khoj some years back-

Srishti se pehle sat nahin thaa, asat bhi nahin
Antariksh bhi nahin, aakaash bhee nahin thaa.
Chhipaa thaa kyaa, kahaan, kisne dhaka thaa?
Us pal to agam, atal jal bhi kahaan thaa……

After we saw whatever we could at the river banks, we set out to other important places. 

We went to touch the Lotus feet of Shri Lahiri Mahashayaji. His house is still there but no one lives in it. My another wish finally fulfilled.

Saw this bloom just before we found the ashram after a little bit of search. This is a hospital-Ma Anandamayi hospital.

The inmates were very nice to us. We were even asked to go and visit the second floor of the ashram. Very thankful to the ashramites. The ashram also has a Kanyapeeth or school for young girls who will be inducted as Brahmacharinis in future.

My post has finalized around 10.45 pm.But I have decided to publish this post at Sunrise tomorrow. It would be such a wonderful time to read it at that calming and spiritual time!

At Sunset today, I wrote one poem which was posted on Face Book. It does not have a link and hence I decided to paste it on the same post so that all the readers who do not have FB profiles can read it. I am definite that there will be something for each one of us. Agreed, that this photo gallery has become quite big but so has our divine family.

Time to pray!

Sunrise and Sunset are favourable times to pray and plead,
To the Divine Father and Mother and to our beloved Thee.
Catapult your innermost requests and appeals and urges,
To that One, holding you with its tender, imperceptible arms and glare.
For that Power and Dynamism shall start embarking
Towards your inner self and your eyes shall open from deep sleep!

Wake up to know that praying is utmost important,
For our belligerent soul and sleepy mind.
Whenever calmness overpowers you, in those times,
Quickly catch hold of that Benevolent Being,
Who is eternally awake and forever free!
Whenever you become a child and He your Guardian,
Remember that you shall always be attended to whatever it is!

Actions we must perform which are benign and beneficial,
For deliverance, for redemption and for our penance.
Actions performed with God in the centre and I on the fringes,
Shall always return with auspiciousness, hope and every goodness.
Aspire to transform yourself and pray to become one such God’s child,

Redemption, transformation, deliverance, pardon and pleading,

Call us so many times to return to our real house and Garden of Eden.
Prayers are those moments when they await lovingly to hear, 
At least one little faint murmur or a small voice that invokes the Divine for inspiration and deliverance.
If you invoke, if your urge, if you request humbly,
To free your bonded soul and sluggish and bereft mind,
Guaranteed you shall be heard in the corridors of the Heavenly Father’s House and His Divine family!!

Pray with humility, pray with devotion, pray with greatest faith, pray with heart’s flood gates flung wide open undyingly.
Pray with sincere fervour, pray with submission and, 
Pray with continuous intense calling and pray with simplicity.
Pray with invocation, pray with all your attention,
Pray for your deliverance, pray for your complete transformation.

Background

Two posts within less than twenty four hours!? Yes.

Some of you asked me in my absence from the blog when will the next post be out. I had no answer.  I was merely floating as per God’s will and taking things as they came.

Yesterday, I was by some means asked to submit the post before midnight certainly by Swami Dayananda Shaligram. It was expected of me to submit a new post before midnight even if I thought that I needed more time. I never like to forego any directive by my Gurus because I know each word that I receive from them has tremendous power, reason and purpose. I posted Sankalp Shakti, the power of thought-I in the nick of time though I wished to retire last night.  In that assigned job and steadfast endeavour, because of lack of time I could not add Part D.  There was a lot of explanation from my side on many aspects in response to many mails and activities that are taking place between some readers and me. Something was let unexplained I knew. However, when I got a response from one reader from Kerala around 10.30 am today in reference to the post published barely twelve hours ago, I was stunned. I was electrified to see that my thoughts have reached those people who were alert and attuned. I was telling her many things mentally, I was guiding her from inside and she got it!

Without taking prior permission from Rakhie, I am publishing her mail so that she reads her very elaborate answer on the blog with full explanations. By sharing her mail others will also learn. She is very new on the blog, very young in age yet she has been very understanding all this while. Assuming that she must be a student or a young employee somewhere, and she lives very far, I excluded her in my group mail wondering if she should be put on the fast track or not. To my very sweet surprise, she has shown so much maturity in grasping the given messages and therefore I have decided to teach her more in detail in this blog post with all my delight and affection. She deserves it. Her reply will be a blog post because I will get a lot of scope for a long explanation on a subject which has not been taught or revealed before to many of you, rather all of you on this blog.

Some have expressed a desire that I should give a discourse also so that the recordings can be heard again many times for things to seep in. Shahid, is this what you have envisioned for hastening your learning and mentioned to me in your mail? You can record this post in your voice and re-run it several times. I have decided that this post will be in the form of a discourse or speech anyway, something I have not attempted before but looks fascinating. As long as the learners are gaining tremendously, any method is a good method. So we will give a new form to our post for freshness and also adapt ourselves to new learning methods. At the same time, everybody will be addressed in one go and the purpose of mass communication will be served also. There is one more reason for a shift in writing style. It is to make you more attentive, alert and self-reliant.

I have read your present blog. l was waiting for your new post. l can now feel that you are too busy because of increasing  number of readers and their reply. Last when I wrote so many questions and when I read your reply I came to understand that you are busy. After some days I even felt that there is no body to care for me and my spiritual growth since I am a beginner and I cannot escape from this maya with my own effort because I am not as much strong and there is no body for me. Then I prayed so mind became calm. I am surprised today by reading your blog because some of my thoughts were reflected. l now understand that every devotee is given time for self- analysis they should build their strength by themselves by meditating and praying and also finding solution to their problem from inner guidance and all the great gurus are watching them and when appropriate time comes they will come to each one of us. Amma, thank you for your inspiration and guidance. My love and gratitude to all our gurus who are watching us and my love regards to great guru Mahavtar Babaji .

I am so happy to get your mail today and want to reply at my earliest.

First thing is that you are not alone and there is always somebody sent by God to take care of you. You are God’s child. Even if you are a beginner and have come in a class room actually meant for the advanced seekers, you are most welcome! You will be raised to next grade but do not feel disappointed at all. Just relax.

The only problem is that I have still not got an opportunity to explain at length about the organization of this Open University in the virtual world. I am well aware that there are many more like you who are struggling after joining this High Degree Course as they are a bit puzzled! Most of them have not been able to decipher what they should do now and what is their future because there is no structure or organization here. There is no conglomeration or meetings or sabhas, the Guru wears very normal clothes, has no intention of being popular or number one. In fact, she wishes to be a recluse; had it not been for Divine will, I would have never come out in open. And as you are seeing, there are many people who are seeking my attention and after acknowledging this fact, out of your good nature you wrote to me that you will not disturb me.

You are not disturbing me at all my girl! Agreed, there are many people who are asking for my time and attention as well as energies, but in the physical world this is too time-consuming. So what should be done in such a case?

Therefore, a second kind of option will be taken so that we all are connected, learn daily and make improvements, even so live apart anywhere in the globe, save time and yet be always connected!

Now listen to this carefully everyone –

God is the sole Creator, most powerful, Ever Conscious and Ever Awake. God is most pious, most sacred and most fair to each one of us. God is in the centre of everything that we see in this world and the originator of all Forces.

Depending on our own feelings, our good or bad thoughts, our purity, our good or bad intentions, a response is set off by us. With the will or sankalpa of God, a response is initiated from God’s corresponding force simultaneously. This process transforms in a subtle energy and takes the shape of a thought and is directed towards Shri Mahavatar Babaji if we wish.

The inherent power of God will decide thought’s movement or direction depending on our intention in our sankalpa. If we intended that Shri Babaji should listen to your pledges,  prayers and requests, they will reach Babaji’s mind with the will of God.

He in turn, will answer your needs but as you are not yet ready to mentally connect to him on that subtlest level, he sends signals to me. In my meditation, he speaks to me and directs me what to do next.

Sometimes this may take time to reach me or you because the list of requests is terrific out there! So many thought signals, mental energies floating, crisscrossing each other in the atmosphere!

When I get specific information for specific tasks, I review it. I decode it and then ask for help from God and my Gurus to simplify or make it palatable for the users because we have done both, sins and good acts. Sometimes, the given task of redemption is so bitter to undertake, that a lot of patience and tact is required of me to handle the complicated situation. So I sometimes buy time.

With tremendous patience, faith and peace and courage, I take up many cases one by one so that a complete case history like a doctor maintains in a file is made in my mental sheet in the memory box of each seeker if they belong here. Time to time advice is given depending on his/her prarabdh or destiny, capacity to bear, fortitude, patience and complete trust in me.

What exactly happens in this virtual Open University? What exactly Babaji does for us? What is his role and my role in running this University?

In all other Orders and Organizations if you have noticed, there are structured norms, rules, steps and techniques given to be practiced. They all are good but only to purify or start up and or partly for redemption. Most of the other spiritual practices are normally initiating you so that in some life or far off rebirth, you shall be ready for Moksha.

But Babaji does the last and final act- He breaks us free by first telling us to bear and live our destiny. There is no running away from what we have done at some point of time.

If we are capable of doing that, next tray of challenges awaits us- our sanchit karmas or accumulated over lives actions’ results.

How?

Some of the effects are shared and borne by him and other saints and a fraction is shifted or flung at us. We find this much also uneasy to tolerate and undergo!

He allows us to practice whichever technique we are pursuing and along with that, some temporary tools are given by him as per changing times and needs in this blog or personally by me.

What he advocates the most and that which we have not been able to catch is-

Always do very good deeds. The reason is-it is the power of our actions or deeds that will mould all our lives now and in future.

Therefore, doing good actions, meditating and chanting to calm the mischievous mind, and doing all our worldly duties sincerely are vehemently advocated by Shri Mahavatar Babaji. My blog reflects that very evidently. Read all those posts if you have not done so related to karmas and consciousness.

Why does Shri Mahavatar Babaji not give us prescribed general teachings or techniques for masses?

It is because we all have come from absolutely different backgrounds and pasts and releasing the past negative, detrimental impacts of our actions is more important than anything else. Techniques are available from many reliable places also but Babaji asks us to reconstruct our present life to great heights so that our future is very bright and glorious.

He has also given us the inside story of a successful sadhak with this blog and also revealed all hidden sacred facts so that we do not fall prey to fraud people. Instead, we should do all our familial, social and professional duties sincerely and pray and sit in meditation at home to get all the dynamic results. Such a method will save us so much time and escape confusion, bewilderment and doubts. If you are already following some spiritual organizations or spiritual leaders, please do so. There is no reason to stop going there and doing group meditations or listening to lectures.

To summarize everything now-

There are two levels of human-communications.

Firstly- on the gross level as seen in interviews or meetings with people. The communication takes place with our eyes and ears and the people are physically present. Restriction- limited people can be involved.

Second kind of communication is subtle communication. It takes place with our mind via our thoughts. The purer and sacred the consciousness of any person, the faster the speed of transference between minds. Prayers and meditations will help you in fast development of this type of subtle communication.

In this kind of communication, there are no limits, any number of students can be enrolled in this Open University and there is no time bar or cut off marks. Each one walks at his own pace depending on his or her strength and will power.

Babaji is sitting in the Himalayas mentally guiding a huge number of devotees and sadhaks for their welfare on the basis of his great mental powers. He along with his mandali of chelas are working on so many worldly and spiritual projects silently.

We should try to adapt to the subtle mode of learning for faster, reliable and easy mode of communication.

My dear, I am listening to everybody even when I have not replied formally. The subtle work is all the time going on in the invisible world. So stay guaranteed that you will progress. You have to only learn this new method of learning and eventually master it skillfully. Agreed, this method is novel, unique and unheard of. But all Shrutis and Vedas have been written in this fashion when there was no technology to rely on. It is the most reliable source of gaining spiritual knowledge; Shri Mahavatar Babaji has chosen this method for me and has been successful. You can do the same.

My prayers and meditations are your replies. Learn to fetch your answers in silence and in the quiet workings of God. Sit down quietly many times in a day to listen to your Atma. It has stored all the recordings of the mental waves of Babaji, you and me.

The whole Universe is responding to your doubts, queries and inquisitiveness. Learn to look at things differently, with subtle, inner eyes. The inner sacred vision is most trustworthy.

With this now I end my correspondence. Some of the finest knowledge will arrive a bit later. This is enough for you for today.

And lastly dear friends, did you not grasp that when I pray for all of you for what you mention in your mails or sometimes on phone? God listens to them; you must have got your answers within. When you come and tell me all the intricate problems related to life, I dish out very few solutions. This is because I pray quietly for you all instead. After this God decides based on your inner state of consciousness and purity, and after which the real work starts. I am certain that visible changes are taking place in your current life, make a note.

This is in addition to the fact, that in almost every meditation of mine, a substantial time is devoted from the saints more so by Babaji in imparting me guidance for you all. It  is reflected in my mails and posts. Look inside, be more quiet in heart and mind and read the language of your soul, you will Know That.

The transmission, mental transmission is happening all the times between various minds. If you have softened your heart, made the mind pliable and humble then you are now ready to receive the wireless transmission relays coming straight from Babaji. From his source, emerge grand ideas for us if we have great thought or will power. We receive them in our mind and body and implement it if we are attentive.

Babaji’s style of working is unique. He utilizes the powers of his mind to bring about amiable positive changes in our environment and us. He calls it Sankalpa Shakti. Whatever he decides is bound to manifest. But if our minds are scattered, weak, and impure or confused, he cannot decide for us.

The last many posts on Fb are about mind and its powers. I have started writing on Fb so that small and easy lessons can be given to all of you in between the long blog posts. Simpler themes and easy to follow from beginner’s level to advanced levels are published on and off. Please consider both the avenues as equally important as Fb postings are an extension of blog. Especially those devotees who are at the basic or elementary level should read those posts reverentially because they are also always guided by the divine saints from the astral world.

Receptivity, attentiveness, clarity of thought, self-discipline, fortitude and consistency on Fb is as important as you are expected to have on Spiritinlife. They are one; only the exterior is different. Please pay attention to both. Learn from both because regular messages are being relayed from both sites.

Connect to the Holy Masters and your Atma inwardly by first silencing the mind. Unite your thoughts with the power of your sacred Guru and empower your thoughts by daily prayers and deep meditations!

Bhagwan Shiva is the Adi Guru and the first yogi living in Himalayas who researched and founded yoga and discovered the art of controlling breath. He is the pioneer of Kriya Yoga or the Science of regulating the breath and with its constant practice in isolation, capturing of the mind and finally silencing it. In conclusion, the mind and body were made immortal and divinized with the help of intense practice of this innovative Science combined with deep meditations.

Lord Shiva then initiated his son Kartikeyan into this yogic science. In times to come, Lord Kartikeyan blessed his foremost disciple Bogarnath and initiated him into the same practice of immortalizing the body and mind with tapas. Shri Bogarnath was a great Sage or Maharishi who spent most of his life in thick forests in South India.  Moreover, he did wonderful research of ancient yogic sciences and lived a long life. His samadhi is in Palani in Tamil Nadu, near Madurai. He is a deathless Guru and considered one of the eighteen Siddhas of India. He mastered Chemistry of making human body deathless and immortal, did intensive research in Yoga and many more mystic secretive yogic disciplines. I have paid my obeisance to him twice in Palani, where he rests even today, by visiting the powerful temple of Kartikeyan or Murugan Swami built by him with panch dhatu or five metals.

When Mahavatar Babaji was doing great penance in the forest of Sri Lanka in Katargama, as a young boy of less than fourteen, Swami Bogarnath initiated him into higher levels of Kriya practice in the subtle world. Mahavatar Babaji was initiated by Bogarnath during his meditation into the Science of Kriya Yoga. With great deal of kripa or blessing, I have been able to go and spend enough time in this sacred place of Katargama also two times. Both these places were never known to me until my dearest Guru Shri Mahavatar Babaji directed me to go there in order to make advances in my spiritual and mental well being. I shall be always very grateful to him for sending me to such dynamic places which are associated with his own spiritual accomplishments.

Dear friends i have made pilgrimages recently to Somnath and Dwarka also. Somnath is one of the twelve jyotirlingas in India. Prior to that trip, I also went to Dakshineshwar in Jan 2014 and before that I made a wonderful trip to Pondicherry and Palani in 2013.

When I was in Madurai and before embarking to Palani a night before, Shri Bogarnath spoke to me in the hotel at length which I have shared with you in this post God Within –III.

Since I have come from Palani, he has been teaching me many new things about which I was totally unaware. My meditations are so much richer and profound. I have been hearing the higher frequency of Om frequently which is giving deep peace in my mind. It is the kripa of Shri Bogarnath I just understood yesterday. I have been repeatedly hearing a very high frequency sound which is higher than Om and it leaves behind impeccable peace of mind. Nothing disturbs. Babaji has put me in the hands of Shri Bogarnath for my next grade of education and tutoring after my second visit to Palani. He has been teaching me mostly every day early morning between 4 and 6 am. That is his time of taking me up for my further studies. I am extremely grateful to him for inducting me as one of his students. I am again realigning my daily schedule as per his advice. The heart is full of thanksgiving and salutes him so many times throughout the day for his unlimited generosity. Everything that he has imparted to me is new and fresh. The reason is that the first  level that he begins with is for the accomplished ones and the standard quite high.

Please read this article many times, first as a whole and then in parts many times. Read after a few days again so that the complete analysis is formed in your mind. Also do not forget to thank him profusely so that with his generosity and benevolence, you shall be imparted some light and insight into his huge reservoir of ancient wisdom. He usually likes us to wake up early and meditate with him where we can get an opportunity to commune with him easily.

He taught me-

Kripa or Grace is of three types- Kanishtha, Madhyam and Uttam or less, medium and high types. They depend on the tapas of the sadhak congruently.

Tapasya or penance of three types – tapasya, ghor tapasya and mahaghor tapasya.

Bhakti or Devotion three types – Tamoguni, Rajoguni and Satoguni.

Tamoguni devotion is when the devotee is selfish and asks for himself or herself only and gives nothing in return to God. Some of them also use dark forces to get their end results.

Rajoguni devotion is done by devotees who love God and will return something also when they are benefited but on one or two conditions.

Satoguni bhakti or devotion is done by pure devotees who ask for nothing in return and love God only because they want God’s Grace and love in return. They always do thoughtful and generous actions which are unselfish in nature.

Bhakt or devotees are four types- Aart, Artharthi, Jigyasu, Mumukshu.

Aart – Many devotees come to God or Guru when they have problems and they wish to find a remedy. Once the problems are solved they leave and go back doing regular things.

Artharthi –  the devotees who come to Guru’s ashram or shelter because they want arth which means wealth, money or prosperity.

Jigyasu – those people who have jigyasa or curiosity. Once their curiosity is fulfilled, such devotees do not continue their relation with the Guru or with God either and they get engrossed in many other activities of life and return to their normal prior lives.

Mumukshu – the one who has the desire of Moksha or salvation. Out of so many devotees of God or a Self-Realized Guru, just a trickle or handful come to them for salvaging their lives and wish to liberate themselves from the shackles of life and death’s suffering. They never leave their honourable Guru and never break the relationship with God who they had searched in many previous lives while facing many hurdles and problems daringly. Their lives are a complete submission at the holy feet of the Great Masters and benevolent God.

Shanti or peace is of three types- Shanti, Ghor shanti, Param shanti. Peace, deep peace and Ultimate Peace.

Part B

On 3^rd March evening, I got up from a short meditation with deep serenity. In that time when my eyes were closed, in my vision I could see my back and my face turned towards distant Eternity. I was facing the Lord. I could see Light. There was nothing else in the view besides me and the Light. I saw a big circle of very pale light, almost white in colour. Soon the circle became bigger and bigger and it enlarged on its own so much. It had stretched itself as far as it could to its maximum. My whole vision was surrounded by serene Light. I was sitting and seeing this big white Light. With so much fascination on its arrival and magnetism, after a few moments, I decided to go inside it. I melted myself inside this big corona of white light. It was extremely light. I vanished inside it wholly, there was just Pure Light and I was not present anymore. The Pure white Light continued being there for quite a while until I heard the Voice of God telling me –

“Today you have crossed the last step thereby the whole of Brahmrandra, Crown Chakra has opened. It is fully opened. When the Crown Chakra begins to open by the yogic activities of a yogi, for some it opens a little and after that he stops putting in more efforts. For others it may open somewhat half or a little more. Rarely it opens completely and fully open in one life wherein all the cells of the nervous system are active. You have achieved this in the shortest ever time. Those who reach this stage of evolution can receive Prabhutva gyan or extremely rare knowledge of God.”

I became speechless and wondered nothing. Silence and peace only prevailed.

What can I say? I owe this exclusive experience to Shri Mahavatar Babaji for it has happened only because of his constant guidance, care and love which has been flowing uninterruptedly since so many years. Guru Kripa kewal Guru Kripa!!

Now regarding me recently, Maharishi Bogarnath informed me this-“Tu asadharan stree hi nahi parantu vishesh hai.(Expand your Consciousness-II) Tere dono bahon me bala hai. Ek bazu mei bala hai dhairya, aur doosre mai hai buddhi. Tumhe asadharan safalta apne purushartha mei isliye mili kyunki tumhara mana bahut sthir hai. Aur tumhara mana bahut shaant hai.

Prachin kaal mei, log Bharat mei barah Jyotirlinga ke darshan nahi kar pate they kyunki saaf safai ka abhav tha aur adhunik parivahan nahi tha.Tum itne teerth par gayi ho aur tumne kabhi koi shikayat nahi ki hai  kisi asuvidha hone par itna safar karne ke baad bhi.

Babaji ki di hui padhai aur pariksha tumne samay se thodi der pahele hi khatam kar li, isliye veh tumse prasanna hai. Mai bhi tumko har roz nayi nayi baat sikha raha hoon.Tum Kriya barabar karti ho, maun rakhti ho, samay par neend le rahi ho aur khana samay par kha rahi ho. Aur sabse badi baat hai ki tumhara mana bilkul ek jagah par hai. Babaji ki kripa se tumhara Brahmrandra pura khul gaya hai. Tum paanch baar Babaji ke darshan ke liye Himalaya gayi aur veh tumse jaankar nahin mile. Ishwar ne un paanch yatraon ke liye tumhe ashirwad diya hai. Ek yatra ek janam ki tapasya gini jayegi aur is prakar tumne paanch janam ki tapasya woh paanch yatraon mei kar li hai.”

“You are not only an extraordinary woman but are special because you have might in both hands. The might of patience in one arm and in the other intelligence. You have achieved exceptional success in your spiritual endeavours because your mind does not waver; it is  steady all the time. And you have a peaceful mind.

“In olden days, people were not successful in completing the darshan of all twelve jyotirlingas in India because of lack of hygiene and proper transportation. You have gone on so many pilgrimages and have never complained by the inconveniences caused by excessive travelling.

All the studies and tests given by Babaji to you have been pursued and finished before time and therefore he is pleased with you. Even I am teaching you so many concealed things because Babaji is happy with you. It is with his benevolence that the Crown Chakra has blossomed fully.  You have made five unsuccessful attempts to Babaji’s abode in the Himalayas. He purposefully did not meet you. God has blessed you for those five unsuccessful yatras. Each trip is equal to one life’s penance and therefore you achieved the penance of five lives in this life granted by God. ”

I asked Swami Bogarnath to clarify if the Crown Chakra opens in stages or not. I was curious to learn and know from a Maharishi like him whose stature is gigantic. He answered saying that -“Yes, it opens in stages very slowly. It does not normally open all at once in one life. It takes a lot of time to evolve this part of the human body because it is a very delicate organ and the life trials are deterring and hence the hindrance. Human life situations can be very critical at a few times. The procedure becomes time consuming because of this reason. The people become pessimist or depressed and these melancholic tendencies act as a deterrent and constrains them. Relentlessness, cheerfulness and blind faith in the Realized Guru are foremost requisitions for the quick flowering of this seventh centre of spiritual energies.”

Illumination, more illumination has been trickling in as sheer Grace of God! I was quite intrigued at the incessant flow of special information supplied to me.  I then began to wonder how it is possible that Babaji is being extremely benevolent towards me and hence my rapid progress.

Why me?

Diffusing my queries, Maharishi Bogarnath satiated my doubt by replying to me. In his own words-

“You have done tapas in continuous last eight incarnations. It takes minimum of eight continuous lives with unremitting concentration and patience for God realization. Each eight incarnations must be totally dedicated for God Realization only. Average people take fifteen births and many take more than fifteen continuous lives to open up their Crown Chakra or Brahmrandra for full enlightenment. Some take twenty five to thirty five lives for its culmination.

In exceptional case like Babaji’s, it has taken him just six lives for full enlightenment and there can be no comparison at all with anybody since Shri Mahavatar Babaji got spiritual enlightenment many millennia back.  He has been escalating his mahaghor tapa and going on adding to his ocean of spiritual knowledge and wisdom since then. Today his state of spiritual consciousness is beyond our comprehension and we are unable to fathom his stature.”

I quickly recollected at this stage something that Babaji had told me some years back in 2004-

“Moksha or salvation is not the end of supreme human evolution. Moksha is not the completion or termination as you think my dear child. You are well versed with the Holy Scriptures and feel that you are still not able to comprehend what is Moksha as per the indications given in the Hindu Shastras.

It is not your fault. The ancient Hindu scriptures were not divulging enough as it was prohibited from God not to reveal too much because of the possibility of blasphemy or violation of sanctity by unruly seekers. Therefore you thought after summarizing the scriptures that you would like to end your journey at attaining liberation or Moksha. Rather, the real journey starts from hereon. At this juncture, the Brahmarandra just begins to open up and will keep on blossoming as and when the process of its culmination is put into action. Almost all the aspiring yogis like to break and end their journey at this summit. The journey is tough. But this is not the summit.

Moksha means exhausting all past karmas. After Moksha, a new phase can be entered by the jigyasu or mumukshu. From here, start the escalating stages of blazing, very blazing and intensely blazing knowledge which in Hindi are called Teevra, Prachand and Prabhutva Gyan respectively.

As and when the sadhak makes progress at the behest of the enlightened Master, the Crown Chakra simultaneously blossoms. At Prachand gyan stage, the Crown Chakra opens around half in size.

Many sages, saints and yogis are exhausted at this stage and cannot go further because of intense penance required for its culmination. It gets very hard at such a high stage of evolution for the reason that the enlightened Master will not inform his aspiring devotee beforehand and the disciple should fall back on his or her own will power and resilience which is required in wholesome quantities. God will only allow and let those yogis go higher still if the burning desire or Ichcha Shakti in them is inextinguishable. The Holy Master only supports and guides his devotees once the inextinguishable flame is visible to the Master and he has unconditional love and undying compassion for the deserving disciples.

Between the stages of middle and final culmination of the Crown Chakra, concurrently Prachand and Prabhutva stage of Godliness, it is a tight rope walk. The Master supervises the last onset of intense growth period but with a price to pay by his devotees. Many challenging and problematic tasks are to be performed and passed by the yogi after which he or she may or may not finally reach a stage where the traversing ends. The yogi sees God in full glory and luminosity at full blossom of his Brahmrandra.

Nonetheless, after arriving at this safe stage the Maha Guru begins to shower all the ancient and well preserved spiritual knowledge and secrets liberally to his favoured for all the perseverance, sincerity, hard work and obedience showed towards his Master. At last, the devotee is at an irrevocable and secure stage after which he will bask in deeper oceans of peace and tranquility because of which God contact becomes so much easier, quicker and the relationship between God and devotee as a lover is far more informal than ever before.”

This revelation of facts coincides with another mystic experience that I just encountered unexpectedly. This happened by means of God substantiating His verdict by giving me a glimpse of his sacred world and its sublime working lately.

On 6^th March in a very early morning transcended stage, even before I left the bed, I had a beautiful vision of Lord Vishnu sleeping peacefully on a black serpent, Shesh Nag. I was seeing it with keenness and affinity when the slumbering serpent raised its hood and jumped towards me. I was calm and without any ruffle. Just then, five beautiful golden rays of God’s Light came out of the mouth of that serpent and were thrown at me with a force. I looked at the rays again to inspect and see more clearly if they were shining. Seeing their brilliance, I was satisfied and assured that this must be a good omen and the vision is a harbinger of something nice to happen to me. The answer came to me later from Maharishi Bogarnathar yesterday early morning.

He explained to me in the morning of 10.03.14- “This was an indication from God that you are completely united with God with no Maya. Lord Vishnu has conquered the whole Maya and therefore sleeping on the serpent Shesh Nag which symbolizes the delusion of man or Maya.

Even the extreme faintest etches or markings of Maya on your mind accrued in all the human incarnations undertaken by you have been erased by your tapasya which you have done in this life. You have no debt towards the Earth anymore. The debt of each human being is enormous. We incarnate many times. In each life, we consume food, water, air, medicine, natural resources, the care and concern and kripa of godly deities and much more. This debt increases as we proceed in each incarnation.

You are now totally entitled for Prabhutva Gyan or extremely brilliant spiritual knowledge which begins now.

Prabhutva Gyan is the most difficult to attain. We have to give back to the Earth and the whole Universe with our body, mind and wealth-tana, mana, dhan. When the equation becomes equal, the human Soul acquires Ultimate Peace or Param Shanti.

Prachand Gyan  also is hard to accomplish. Even the seers, sages and saints get tired and impatient. This revelation about you to the world is not to seek any attention for you, but for a different purpose. It is for all the striving seekers to know that they have a long road to march and they should therefore first improve their concentration. Only when the mind is so very concentrated, will you be able to achieve highest human feats and reach the highest spiritual domains.

The devotees who are interested in this pursuit, they should concentrate on the image of Krishna or Babaji. Have faith in your own self. One would require solitude, isolation for a very long time and silence should be practiced liberally.”

He continued showering kindness by telling me many things about myself which only he was entitled to tell – “You were getting ghor shanti and now if you should attempt further for more Param Shanti which translates as peace of mind which can reach about twenty five kilometers or so. Also the depth of your peace should be more and it should be able to heal others with your mere intention.

So many human ailments are healed if we increase the depth of our peace by making it more profound.

People cannot know from exterior if we are a yogi or a bhogi; a seeker or an indulgent. But the peace emitting out of the body and mind will determine whether we are pure in mind and body or not. The purer the mind, the more peaceful it shall be. Ultimate Peace is achieved when the mind is absolutely calm and quiet. My sweet child, you were always in pursuit of the Ultimate Peace. Your search of Ultimate Peace is now within your reach.”

Getting to know so much from Maharishi Shri Bogarnathar, I was still left with one question to which he replied on his own. The relay of conversation occurred just yesterday morning. He continued satisfying me by confiding in me-

“I and Babaji both decided and we prayed to Supreme God about thirteen years ago to permit us to approve and endorse our intention. In ancient ages, when the wise sages wrote something or documented their research in the field of Yoga, Science, Astrology, Astronomy, Chemistry, Mathematics or even Physics for that matter, it was not preserved well. The manuscripts were vulnerable to natural elements of fire and floods. Sometimes they were even robbed and hence the hard work of a genuine sage could become the source of glory of another deceitful person. Hence in this age we wanted someone to write a complete manuscript or shastra of how to attain God, the process of salvation. We thought if this project would be successful, I would want to write and preserve my own hard earned ancient chronicles of wisdom acquired over ages in a well-mannered documentation. Today in this age of technology, any data can be preserved for many ages safely via many new multimedia forms. And hence the articles that you are now writing are at my behest and are being documented and preserved. It can be used in future for many eager generations who wish to help themselves. Your great effort in this endeavour has been rewarded by God and will be considered equal to Adi Shankaracharya’s arduous effort of visiting the four holy corners of  sacred India rejuvenating Dharma and uniting the char dhams of India – Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri and Rameshwaram.”

Oh! Sweet Lord! Make us pure Like Thee! Make us Glorious like Thee! Make us desire less like Thee! Make us humble like Thee!

Just as we entered the premises, it had gravity, it pulled us in. This Banyan Tree had uncountable birds, chirping, singing, shrieking because it had mammoth number of red fruit of the tree. Rested under it and saw this view on my right…..

There was a big pond behind the temple. Water birds were basking in the Sun. Out of many, this is the best I think.

On our way to Bet Dwarka, an island of Krishna’s kingdom and residence, to see Dwarkadhish temple.

Where the Mind is Without Fear and the head is held high,Where knowledge is free…….Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake; by RabindraNath Tagore ran into my ears again and again.

Of This and That

Part A

29.1.14 Morning meditation.

“My dearest God, my sweet Lord,” I began to invoke God in order to start a new post. I was about to utter the next lines when my attention was shifted from invocation to hearing a soft sentence that arose near my heart; I caressed it fondly after hearing it quite distinctly. The sentence was-

“Can I please……?” I was pleasantly surprised at an instant response to my invocation to my Lord within. For a moment, I wondered and waited to know if it was a response from the world of the saints and thinking so, my breath stopped. I smiled to myself because such unexpected mystic encounters first of all bring immense joy in the devotee’s heart as the outer world that we live in is completely gone.

“I am residing deep inside your heart. I am Spirit, I am God. I am Love.

Do you realize how vulnerable you are these days as you have become the ‘Bird of Paradise’ ?”

For a moment, I was intrigued at the advent of this unanticipated phrase called the ‘Bird of Paradise’ and that too addressed to me. I wondered what could be the reason for this reference at this point of time today. Then I co-related and recalled that just as I had sat down in my meditation at 6.30 am today, a flow of delightful conversation took place with the Almighty and me. I was bathing in divine bliss after which I was apprised that from now onwards and in coming future I will be a ‘Bird of Paradise.’ I interpreted it as that maybe my heart always dances like a peacock in very blissful periods when I am sometimes these days totally connected with God. Hence God is using a similarity, a metaphor between a beautiful, delightful bird and ananda, my state of raptures of intermittent joy which could be compared to a dancing peacock or an exotic bird in a far off rain forest.

“You should now exhibit your inner grace, versatility, stability, calmness and wonderful workings of your beautiful, subtle mind because this is God’s wish that you serve many people and touch their lives henceforth through the two mediums that are now your domains of expression.” I comprehended that the two mediums were my blog Spirit I n Life and Facebook understandably.

I quickly connected everything about this phrase ‘Bird of Paradise’ and realized that whenever I saw those exotic birds dancing or exhibiting their spectacular colours, plumes and feathers in thick, secluded rain forests, I have been completely mesmerized and wonderstruck. I have gazed intently at their extraordinary beauty, grace and impressive colours when I saw videos or television shows. Whenever I have gazed at their extraordinary exotic beauty, consequently I have been in awe of the marvellous power called Creation or God who has the innate ability to create something so exotic, pretty and awe inspiring from the unseen subtle forces that are lying dormant and elusive from our eyes in the Universe. I silently bend down mentally out of sheer reverence for the magnificent powers that God has. We know so very, very little; I would say that we know nil about the greatness, glory and power of the Creator in the Creation that we live in!

We as humans, spend each life of ours embroiled only in ego clashes or ego based actions or pride that first of all eats up only us; it is that detrimental. Or we have unending desires, we are so bewildered with or drunk for material achievements, our gain or loss in life when we compare ourselves with others that we never once free our mind from all this. On the contrary we never allow it to plunge inwards and ponder on subtler and refined ideas that exist in upper domains of consciousness. This is my observation.  I sometimes feel very helpless as I feel like reaching out to those who have no clue about the magnificent, beautiful and sophisticated world that exists hidden just below our physical mind! How I wish they knew how blissful it is out there!

God- “Providence provides us all the tools and agents to get us acquainted with the Forces of Creation. Creation similarly called ‘Ishwara’ in Sanskrit or God as we may usually address it. On the other hand, the jeevatama  or single Self’s attention is persistently occupied with seeking something else for the reason that the outside world is alluring and consists of changeable elements unfortunately.

If by the power of your will or great desire, you come to the deduction that there is another unknown world existing right inside you which is far better, pure, beautiful, blissful and peace-giving, then you will give up all the vices, evil deeds and the lure and greed for worldly, monetary and material advantages and even jealousy, insecurity and all other negative trends.

Those who have ventured quite deep inside themselves know that an infinite extension of paranormal, psychic and divine world in this order exists. Whenever any persisting devotee or seeker advances ahead without caring for gaining the paranormal and psychic powers, ultimately the purest territory of pure ether and space and ultimate peaceful silence is touched. This is our final destination and resting place. Except leaving out a very few, all the other seekers get trapped on their journey towards God with the small dividends which are the psychic powers. They are dense vibrations and also consist of negative forces.

In short, they are God’s created other type of forces in the same Universe which are in opposition and are anti-God in nature because they work against the positive, gentle, regenerative and healing vibes which was created by God for our well-being, happiness and health. As these disparaging or ‘tamasic’ forces are very attractive, almost everyone including many Gurus-Teachers and disciples- devotees resort to it freely for merely personal gains, competition, material advancement, ego satisfaction. Maximum people depend on the dark forces to gain some kind of victory over others, to become wealthy, to sustain their wealth and power, to increase their own psychic powers and gain success in all types of worldly pursuits.”

Pondering about the incoming vast information, my mind now became focussed and I, after understanding the consequences of such acts of others around me became serious and put forth this question.

“How am I vulnerable?”

God-“Because there are many people out there who out of mere jealousy at your spiritual achievements are constantly sending you jibes or pinches and tweaks which sometimes attack your vitality and health and also affect your writing pace. They do not know that you have left behind everything voluntarily including psychic and occult powers because you consider them derogatory and think that such belittling powers are like someone’s leftover food which should never be eaten and obviously only be discarded and thrown in the dustbin. You realized long time before that God is the ‘Kohinoor diamond’ or the biggest, unique solitaire diamond and all siddhis or occult powers are pebbles on the footpath and therefore you never used any of these powers for personal gains.

You have compassion for others and wish to help others as many as possible in eradication of their ignorance because you know that extreme suffering and bad life awaits for those who do not live in harmony, service and love for others. You help all the people who wish to align their lives and proceed towards a life full of Grace, blessings, peacefulness and harmony. Those spiritual Gurus who are hideously practising the prohibited occult practices to hold on to their stronghold, disciples, power and money, shall be punished by God severely in future or currently. They will be deprived of superior divine realizations and purity of mind and thought. Because of this they will never experience the perfect balance and harmony inside outside. They will be unable to silence their mind completely and even if they invoke God excessively in future sometime, God will not respond.

When invoked by pure devotion of a devotee, God becomes helpless and appears instantly because God is attracted to purity, simplicity, honesty and unassuming devotees. Create a sacred space inside your heart from where you can invoke God frequently and where God has His own space to manifest.

A heart full of compassion, unselfish love and brotherhood is the most sought after ground for God to manifest.

Invoke God after you have spoken kind words even to a rude person.

Invoke God even when jealous minds have jibed and attacked you and pray for their immediate improvement and transformation.

Invoke God after benevolent, wise words full of love and empathy reach you through unknown sources in the Universe.

Thank God every minute for listening to your prayers.

Thank God for His mercy, love and wisdom; those are showered upon you from various people and life-situations.

Om Shanti, shanti, shanti Om……..

Part B

My dear everybody, I returned from YSS Dakshineshwar Ashram on 25.01.14 and since then I was thinking that there was nothing to blog because my stay in ashram was more of reviewing my own spiritual yatra than anything else. I went there with my daughter in 2006 last after her exams got over, but it was different then.

In the last eight years, there have been phenomenal upscaling in my personal and spiritual life and except for gratitude and thanksgiving, I could not do much. These are my frank confessions because each place, every corner and thing in the ashram was reminding me of my own thoughts and realizations that I had in 2006. I was all the time thanking all my Gurus, particularly Shri Mahavatar Babaji for sending me to such nice places which provide so much inner strength and power to push myself further ahead in my yatra. I was also remembering Guruji Paramhansa Yogananda for his kindness, unconditional love and empathy towards me. I was remembering my past and how I was initiated by him in so many yogic disciplines specially meditation.

As usual, God is very unpredictable. Just when I  decided that there was nothing to blog, I had a wonderful meditation on 29.1.14 in which I was asked to write one post on Dakshineshwar. All I can do now is to thank and thank more to God for always arriving to sort out my mind, to give timely guidance and most of all, always giving us such useful prescriptions and advice which we all seekers need from time to time. This post is a part of my meditation which I have shared with all of you. I pray that you get blessed in many ways by the words that have arrived as a post and that each one has something for him or her. May God give us the inner power and will to execute this and transform our lives which will provide us divine bliss and unending peace of mind.

Part A

Introduction

Those readers who are reading the blog for the first time today please note that we are moving with an elaborate thought ‘God Within’ which has been covered over four weeks starting from 14.12.13. In them, there have been two sections A and B. Part A is my conversations with God during a meditation and part B is about my visit to some holy sites in South India toured lately. My recommendation to all readers is that once this post concludes, please read Part A of all three posts God Within I, II and III together so that you have a complete visualization of my inner vision and experience and you know all the conversations that took place at a propitious time. As the matter was very weighty, I broke my experience into three parts so that its constituent is absorbed meticulously and entirely bit by bit by all.

Similarly, read all the three parts of Part B one by one when you are done with reading this whole post and connect the complete story and apprehend all the layers and parts of the knowledge that I have received in a very little time as it came too fast through cosmological rays.

The Divine souls who are not living in body at this moment and communicate only through intuition from the astral skies, are communicating at a very fast speed because the style of their communication is refined and clear of any gross material particles.

Our mind has to be trained and developed through meditation and concentration to be able to absorb such high speed revelations coming straight from another world so full of Divine Light and Purity. Some of the souls are highly developed and hence their tank of knowledge is far larger than any other saint or holy soul that we have known. Our mind has to be very light and free like ether.  In addition also extremely concentrated to enable us to communicate with them. In this way, we accept all the insights they are relaying through their mind power while we are on Earth.

Henceforth, the posts are going to go back far, far in time; millions or thousands of millions of years before in time!!! You will have to orient and re-position your mind as far as time is concerned. Probably, all of us must have never thought of events that occurred so far back in time. Thus, there are two things which you must keep in mind- First is that many saintly, divine souls who are not living currently in a physical form on the Earth are still active in the upper skies and are vigorously involved in social welfare and human race’s evolution. Secondly, their way of working is entirely different from ours. They work in silence and through intuition only and hence their functioning is very rapid and subtle. Therefore, we must attune our minds very finely with theirs so that we are able to communicate with them.

Part B is a description of my own exclusive experience with one such exalted Maharishi of ancient times and it becomes quite a task explaining such a mystic and extraordinary experience by writing each word now as I recall my special moments with none other than Shri Bogarnatharji, the Guru of Shri Mahavatar Babaji. Weaving two different time zones as narrated in Part A and B respectively has been an intricate job. The ability to narrate such superfine mystic revelations is something I have very much enjoyed doing and it never appeared to me as a trial. It is my service to those revered Spiritual Teachers and the Almighty God from whom I have received the skill and deftness to do this task. Hence, even before we begin to read on what follows soon, I want to recite this shloka as a mark of respect and infinite devotion for the Holy Teachers.

I prostrate before my Master, my Teacher who is a Trinity of Lords. He is Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. He is the Ultimate Truth, I bow humbly to such an auspicious Master……

Before the chronicle begins, please allow me to share some of my imaginings and ideas which I have been carrying with me and they are lying at the bottom most layers of my mind since a lot of years. It has a co-relation with the conversation with God as I am about to retell in Part A.

From the time I came to know about Shri Mahavatar Babaji officially in 2001, I have had this silent desire of writing a biography of him because his personality is so very intriguing and compelling on my subtle psyche. It is as though I found the mission of my life and the purpose of living on Earth. Since 2004 and that makes full ten years, I have been visiting many sites frequently which are associated with Babaji’s life. I have made several failed attempts of meeting him personally in the Himalayas and each visit grew gruesome and hard to get the looked-for results. But this flame of my aspiration that got kindled on seeing the image of Shri Mahavatar Babaji in my friend’s house accidentally in 1998 does not get extinguished with time. It is still kindling like the inextinguishable flame of desire. It is a desire which I will not let extinguish.

There is also one more thing that was my desire. I have been telling God residing within ever since to please give me at least the basic insight and some spiritual accomplishment that will make me entitled to see in person the towering figure, almost Godlike personality that Shri Mahavatar Babaji is. Whenever I am able to meet him in future with your consent, my meeting should not go in vain. I am aware that there have been saints and some laymen and people who have met Babaji personally because of their good fortune but I remain calm inside because I have a very different reason to meet him. In my opinion, I wish to see a human soul who over millions of years has been improving each state of God Realization of that human life to next still greater Spiritual Achievement!!!The comparison between him and me when done is too stark so I had decided that I will go on improving my own state of Consciousness to higher and higher state by doing intensive tapas or penance so that I can someday meet him at a point where  I can do justice to his stature, accomplishments and persona. If he has done unprecedented tapas by bearing all the hardships, then I should at least purify myself enough to meet him midway somewhere. And then do justice to his Purity and Divinity that has been bestowed on him by God as he has done countless good deeds since zillions of years!!! So whenever I am destined with the wish of God to meet Babaji, I should have done the minimum required atonement, amendments and good deeds so that I can write about him for the world to listen and see such an exalted soul that has taken birth on this Earth!!

Therefore, my subconscious mind is still alive with these thoughts even though my daily life is full of activity and life keeps throwing its challenges at me. After many years, recently God did reply to my hidden, subdued question which was pestering me in the past. However, it was not Shri Babaji who answered my question, he is an epitome of pretentiousness and humbleness. When I became ready to have direct conversations with God with the help of many saints including Shri Mahavatar Babaji himself, so much information has been revealed about his inner sacred life. I feel extremely fortunate and blessed to become a recipient of this sanctified knowledge.  I am optimistic that the day when I am totally ready to fulfill the purpose of my life to write the biography of Shri Babaji with face to face dialogues, it shall be done. I am waiting for God to decide how and when.

Nevertheless God, Babaji himself, many saints and other sacred souls like a few very old Banyan Trees have told me a lot about him in my visions, dreams and meditations through telepathy. With God’s Grace I have been able to write about all of it on my blog which in turn does reflect a portion of Babaji’s inner views on Dharma, Karma, Enlightenment, Consciousness, Purity, Meditation, Salvation and so many other pious topics which are rare to find in one place. I consider myself very blessed these days when it sinks in that merciful God chose me to carry out His mission and documenting a very small part of Babaji’s life history and teachings through my blog…….Thank you God!

Now keeping this overview in mind, please see the next question that came up spontaneously in my mind which I put up to God in my meditation many weeks back.

Me- “How Babaji became Mahavatar from Avatar? What takes any soul to reach those dizzying, unprecedented heights?”

God- “Only because of his unmatched Ichcha Shakti or will power. He has done unparalleled tapas.”

Me- “What is the difference between Ichcha Shakti and Sankalpa Shakti?”

God-“The birth of an idea, a thought or an impulse or sensation is sankalpa. Once the idea is born, it begins to have a shape, a complete picture then takes place in the mind of the jeevatama or soul. The re-occurrence of the following ideas and the desire to participate in completion of its formation is Ichcha Shakti or will power.

Actions performed to accomplish those ideas, the power to act and complete those desires is termed as Kriya Shakti.

God- “Tere par kripa kyun hui? Why did you get the Grace of God? Because you had the undying will or Ichcha Shakti to remove your remaining embedded ignorance of countless human incarnations in one life time. You drew power from Shri Mahavatar Babaji and were relentless in pursuing your targeted spiritual goals. Whoever has never-ending desire to overcome the hidden Maya or the deluding power of God can easily do so with their graceful deeds of devotion and tapas of mind, body and Spirit.”

13.01.14. It is 6 a.m.

Likewise my dear friends, in the past when I came to know through some sources that Shri Bogarnatharji was Shri Mahavatar Babaji’s Guru and he gave him Kriya Deeksha in the dense forests, I became intrigued and restless. I wondered if I could ever get to communicate with him in this life time, if so I should feel grateful. It would be so wonderful to get in touch with a soul which was so early in existence. It was not happening in a very defining manner although two or three short messages did come as a grace sometime in 2004 or later than that.. Nonetheless my fascination to get in touch with such antique and graceful souls remained intact, I was still wishing very quietly. I used to ponder how did Babaji take Kriya Deeksha from Bogarnatharji who was not even alive at that time. The pictures shown in books present in such a way that it appears that they both were in a physical form. How did Agastya Maharishi initiate Shri Mahavatar Babaji when he is not living? How did they communicate?

My desire to converse with Shri Boganatharji and receive some knowledge was fulfilled most unexpectedly, it happened in Madurai recently. I was elated!

He appeared to me in a transcendental state in the hotel after a exhausting day in Madurai. It happened most unexpectedly when I was wondering what I would receive this time in Palani, the resting place or resting abode of Shri Bogarnatharji. The next day we were to go to Palani. I had a very strong yearning to hear something from him since I came to know that he initiated Babaji in Kriya Yoga in Katargama which I had visited twice.

The most surreal conversation began as I hit the pillow around 5 or 6 pm when we arrived from Pondicherry and wanted to take a short nap or at least some rest since we had set out  so early that day.

He told me about himself- “Yes it is true that I took Kriya Deeksha from Kartikeya, the second son of Lord Shiva. I was third in line. Shiva initiated Kartik in this sacred Yoga who in turn taught me the sacred science. Mahavatar Babaji took Deeksha from me in Katargama. This is the lineage of Babaji. It ends at Lord Shiva. Shiva lived thousands of million years ago.

All the factual and accurate Science of Yoga and God Realization are received by intuition in meditative state of mind in a Trans. I gave Babaji Kriya Deeksha and advance teachings only through intuition in a Super Conscious state and not by direct body contact.

Whatever you have also received, which is accurate and genuine, has been acquired by telepathic conversation and in future also you will know the secrets of God’s creation and hidden powers in mental communications only. True realizations and getting to peep into God’s world and its creation is achieved only through the astral path and Cosmological rays. This is the only mode of imparting insight by the Almighty to us. The other normally accepted methods of acquiring God Realizations are not fool proof and are prone to wither.

At my time the Earth was full of greenery and there was so much peace and tranquility. The Earth was very peaceful because there were very few people and the atmosphere had very less thoughts floating in the atmosphere.”

He gave me clarity to my haziness about the Yugas or the four Eras on which time of Earth has been divided. On what basis do we divide the time apart from deciding on the increasing or decreasing of Dharma on Earth? I have been wondering since quite a long time. They say it is Kaliyuga because there is decadence and decreasing of Dharma. Apart from this what are the deciding factors on which we call a certain Yuga a certain name? I have thought to myself many times. Knowing my inner natural inquisitiveness and thirst of knowledge, he told me-

“Today the Earth is deprived of trees and plantation in the ecology system as never before. Era or Yuga is based on the number of trees and the condition of the environment. At present, the Earth has minimum trees that it has ever witnessed and based on the present poor condition of the environment, we are in Kaliyuga. There is too much noise and peace is deprived to people. The population is booming unlike before and the atmosphere is congested with human thoughts floating and disturbing the tranquility in the atmosphere.”

About himself he said, “If you wish to know how much I know about God as I am an ancient soul, I will tell you this also. Imagine a small boy sitting at the window which has horizontal bars as grills looking out in the blue sky. How much can the boy see? He can see very little sky. The boy is me and God is the unlimited sky. I know so little, I have achieved so very little.”

At this delicate moment I very rapidly pleaded to God to rub out all the ego that I have now and to please, please bless me so that I never have any dash or drop of ego in any forthcoming lives that I may live again. I sought a boon from God in presence of His Holiness Shri Bogarnatharji that I should never be proud of my knowledge and achievements because I know nothing really!!! I am too, too small always. Imagine how big God is and we so small yet the ego, our biggest ignorance is too big to handle. I felt very ashamed of my limitations and decided to never allow any thought or wave of pride to come near me leave alone touch me. I mentally surrendered once more all my personality, my knowledge, my faith, my abilities and my divine perceptions at the humblest feet of Shri Bogarnatharji. I felt light and good by my act of submission after it.

Morning Illumination date not noted but happened since I returned from Madurai. It must have happened on 29^th Dec’13 I suppose.

After my sincere submission to Shri Bogarnatharji in Madurai on 24^th Dec evening, to my ultimate astonishment Shri Kalingartharji, the  other Guru of Shri Boganatharji taught me something briefly when I came back home. He along with Shri Mahavatar Babaji, Shri Bogarnatharji, Maharishi Agastya and a few others are considered the deathless Gurus and are Siddhas of South India. They are worshiped very reverentially in villages as well as in cities even today. I have even seen their pictures in state transport and local buses plying between various cities and villages also.

He taught me in morning meditation that two things are required for knowing your Self or to know God Within- Mind Control and Breath Control.

Since I have come home from South India tour, I am more regular with doing my Kriya and meditations. I do them whenever I get time if I miss my morning sessions. Two meditations in a day are vital. I understand that Shri Bogarnatharji has blessed me when I went up to him in the shrine on the mountain in Palani. I consider Shri Kalingarnatharji’s blessed arrival as an auspicious omen and he must have come because Shri Bogarnatharji was pleased with me. Or could it be because I am doing the seva of Shri Mahavatar Babaji? I don’t know. All I know is that my desire of serving Shri Mahavatar Babaji remains aflame. The desire within will not die out and I pray to God that the flame of aspiration, the fire of soaring higher and higher should be kept alive so that the horizons of Spiritual Kingdom can be faintly touched………..May God and all our Gurus bless us.

Part C

On this trip to Pondicherry and other places, the focus was on learning and doing just meditations. We took very little photographs but instead I took a video of Parangipettai for those devotees and seekers who cannot visit the sacred spot. There may be so many devotees of Shri Mahavatar Babaji living across the world who cannot come to India to see these places. As a small gesture of my service, I humbly offer these three videos to God who is within and who resides in all of us.

As a group of four, our tour was very successful. Three other devotees of Shri Babaji accompanied me and there were classes or workshops every day. We meditated at all the important places and there were long sessions of explanations through question answers. With Babaji’s blessing, this tour was very successful as far as open classroom is concerned. We also had our sessions in Pondicherry under trees in large parks resembling Shanti Niketan which added so much life force in our system. Learning under open sky and sunshine is such a boon, looking forward to more such group learning.

Dear friends, I am now active on FB since New Year eve as Sarika Nagrath. Daily short messages on Spiritual teachings are delivered with the kind grace of many saints like Shri Paramhansa Yogananda, Mother of Pondicherry, Swami Shri Nityananda and Swami Dayananda Shaligram of Ganeshpuri and last but not the least Shri Mahavatar Babaji. Sometimes other saints also whisper their messages for their disciples as well which I am pleased to receive and I deliver. I am revising my lessons as well as honing the sharpness of my brain by doing so. Quick delivery of these astral messages coming any time of the day or night are delivered even at odd hours on Fb because their children should be attended to and their messages should be delivered at the nick of time. The Divine souls are working silently in unison for our welfare and corrections. Many of their ex-disciples are today misled by the delusion of Maya and the use of electronic media is certainly a very good idea to find them and bring them home again! May we all prosper and grow in strength in every way by helping each other in our spiritual progress.

In very busy days, there could be intervals on Fb and I will keep the language very simple but matter will be grave as is seen on the blog too so that many people can adopt these teachings and benefit more and more.

My request to all of you-please do not mix up these two mediums. Please do not write topics of blog on Fb if you want to join it. Write only on the blog and I shall reply there. Fb is for those who cannot follow the blog’s present topics as it has become very elaborate and topics are hard to comprehend as beginners. They may even get confused and lose interest. Some of the future devotees are being prepared on the other medium so that one day they can read Spiritinlife. Thank you!

Part A

Updates-Welcome back my revered readers, sorry to have been away for so long. I completely agree that a new post is very much overdue. The blog was organized in many separate sections like posts of sermons, teachings and verses from Bhagwad Geeta, photos, videos, poems and so on in September before I took a long break for the sake of convenience of every reader. I hope everyone benefited from it as much as it was intended to be.

The reason for extended non-appearance from the blog-world is that I was comprehensively involved with my daughter’s marriage that took place in the last week of November in Delhi. I have tried to resolve everything as fast as I could and am very much settled in my usual routine. Meditations are back, calmness restored and the mind totally infused with God’s benign touch and what’s more- I feel like composing a significant post before I go to Pondicherry to rest as well as learn intensively!

God Within

This will be the name of our blog’s next segment F. So far the last five segments A, B, C, D and E got over and they started quickly in the past with a trifling gap of some repose but this time the gap has been too wide but for a good reason. Let’s begin with my sharing something very distinctive with you which I experienced in one of my meditations randomly while I was not writing in those days.

I pleaded God to speak to me directly in deep contact and in mind’s total silence. I told God,”Kindly tell me something very unusual, unknown and hidden, something which is like a secret from humanity’s knowledge ever since God made man! What is it that this world does not know and God knows since eternity? Which knowledge is precarious and not written in books and only God knows and that will enlighten man far more than any other superior knowledge known to humanity so far? Like the treasures in the womb of the Earth, surely my Heavenly Father you are holding this secretive knowledge to which our eyes have been closed forever. What is it? Please bless me and reveal Thyself in your illuminating words and break the enclosures in which I have tied myself in eternal incarnations. Free me with your sacred words and empower me with that sacred knowledge which will help my Spirit to soar in moments of my consecrated silence! Tell me something unique that all humans do not know. Convey me that sacred knowledge which will lift my Spirit to the highest heavenly skies and soundless ether where I can meet you in pure silence!!”

This question was sparked off unplanned and incidentally because I see all men sleeping in a very deep slumber. Wherever I go, I see them in some kind of delusion and charmed sleep. In spite of so much exterior material progress which is any way made by just a few great men in the world, I have realized that apart from a few enlightened people, all of us are either in a dreaming state of mind or people are sleeping in some kind of darkness and they have no sense of awakening in them at all even if best and appropriate environments are given time to time. They are so, so so far from the realization that God exists within and that they should listen to the whispers of God residing inside and then carry out their actions. Living in spiritual darkness is far more regressive and hard if compared with all the hardships put together that a human suffers for achieving spiritual enlightenment! But God’s deluding power is so overwhelming that everyone is suffering in that delusion.

God’s reply which came instantaneously to me was, “Out of millions of people barring a handful who are alive, they do not know and recognize that there are three hidden powers of God in them that are governing their spiritual evolution and progress. God has created these three powers in this Cosmos. This information is not stored in any scripture or holy books either but is concealed in the Soul of beings.

They are Sankalpa Shakti, Ichcha Shakti and Kriya Shakti- The powers of thought, will and action respectively. These powers are hidden inside the core being of any human like Kundalini Shakti and are only activated by the illumined Master if and when God desires as sheer Grace. The previous sections of the blog were written highlighting the essence of these subtle primordial energies in a compact form. More knowledge shall be discussed in the new segment aptly titled ‘God Within’ by you in forthcoming posts”………(to be continued)

Part B

Dear readers, it is travel time again.

Apart from blogging, more touring of holy sites are pending in the next coming months of the new year because of which the posts will be delivered intermittently.  As a result, the usual dates of 10^th, 20^th and 30^th cannot be followed. Posts will be sporadic without any fixed time and date.

To start with, at the moment I shall go to South India. Pondicherry is the first destination. Parangipettai is very close by to Pondicherry and it is obvious and obligatory to be visiting Babaji’s holy birth site. Madurai is on the cards after Pondicherry in the last week of Dec. From Madurai, I shall go to Palani, the samadhi place of Shri Boganatharji, the great guru of Shri Mahavatar Babaji. I can’t wait to meditate and resume Kriya fervently at this significant holy place. There have been many breaks in doing Kriya and hopefully there would be no serious lapses henceforth. This is  the blessing that I seek from Shri Boganatharji at his resting place.

A few days are going to be spent in isolation in Pondicherry while the rest in teaching and imparting further instructions to some disciples of our sweet Guru Shri Mahavatar Babaji at his behest.

In January, I shall go to YSS Dakshineshwar hermitage in Kolkatta for a week. It is in the Eastern Part of India. There will be some free time for me apart from regular intensive meditations and Kriya in the quiet hermitage.

In February I shall be touring the Western most part of India- Somnath, Dwarka followed by Nathdwara and ending with Mt. Abu again with some deserving disciples. This trip will be my first ever step in Western direction where going to do sadhana in holy sites is concerned.

March is reserved for Varanasi, Sarnath and Bodh Gaya, it falls in upper regions of India and is quite central in position. Shri Lahiri Mahashayaji lived most part of his life in Kashi or Varanasi. I will be visiting this holy site for the first time. It has been my silent desire for many years to visit the house in which Shri Lahiri Mahasaya lived all his life frugally and did high grade  tapasya at the directives of his most revered guru Shri Mahavatar Babaji by being a house holder, meeting his disciples and spreading the obscure and long lost Kriya far and wide through them. My long cherished request has been answered by God at last and I surely look forward to it with great zeal.

Rest of the programme of touring of the year 2014 is yet to be finalized. The blog will surely reflect the same as the time comes as you shall either see the pictures or the posts will convey something about them. These pilgrimages are meant for my own solitude and reflection apart from imparting lessons personally to some chosen devotees.

One drastic shift in ideology and belief of mine has taken place recently. I was always undetermined and cautious and wished to keep a low profile in the internet world of social networking for a lot of reasons. But then finally I have accepted and agreed to go public with my blog with Shri Mahavatar Babaji’s proposal. His wish has to be mine; they cannot be varying and different at any point of time.

As is well known Spiritinlife blog has never been used to express personal views or revealing individual matters for that matter. It has certainly not been used for social networking either. Its aims have been just to disseminate spiritual ideas and lessons far and wide in the world as is evident to you, and it has been a resourceful medium to spread the teachings of Shri Mahavatar Babaji particularly to his old and new disciples spreading across the globe. It is indeed a new source of spiritual wisdom which is easily obtainable sitting at home and at any convenient time for the genuine people. For some reason Shri Mahavatar Babaji now wants me to showcase or have a display cabinet by which some more people can be connected through Facebook to Spiritinlife blog.

My ‘The life-journey so far’……will be in Facebook pages very soon and I wish and pray for those disciples and devotees of Babaji to get connected with him through one more medium other than this blog. The groundwork for this work is on and will take a few weeks. I am already envisioning how well I can do this given job by my great Teacher so that the virtuous aims of dear God and him are fulfilled proportionately. Surely, there are many crying souls who are looking out for some spiritual assistance, guidance and strength to go on in life or fulfilling their spiritual dreams of Self Realization. May they all meet their Gurus here through these two sources of inter-connectivity  and may they all get to see God within themselves one day……….

P.S. Would like to bring to your notice that on this auspicious day, this is the 200th post that has got published today. I sincerely thank God and all my gurus and the saints for giving me the courage to speak my inner mind and the strength to go on writing in spite of many obstacles.
